Baer’s Sales Rep, Robert Merckle was great to deal with (he got me a better deal). The purchase process was very easy (credit card and a signature). The shipping and delivery was perfect (I was kept in the loop about time of delivery — email, text and phone call when my Stressless would arrive to the minute). Two Baer’s men handled my chair with care (and placed it exactly where I wanted inside of our home).
I will deal with Baer’s again!

Victor was very helpful in the store, and Tim the manager was very helpful as well. The delivery was just made quick and easy . We replaced one Baer's sofa for a newer one!

Fourth of July sale was spectacular! Great prices and service. Celeste at the Casselberry location is the best! Delivery was seamless and courteous.

My husband and I went to Baer’s in Casselberry, FL and were fortunate enough to work with Celeste Dudash. Celeste is a wonderful listener. She took the time and ‘CARE’ to understand what we were looking for and the requirements that were important to us. She not only showed us choices that matched our needs, but she also used both her technical knowledge of the furniture and her design talent to help us. She is a lovely person and we would highly recommend her to anyone who wants someone to listen, care and provide individual, personal assistance. She knows what 'service' means and delivers it! I was very satisfied was my service from Baer's. Everything was done in a timely manner. The customer service was great. The setup, instructions, installation, and customer service were very good. I would recommend this company to others.

Bought Bernhardt Dining set, told it will arrive late October. Guess what? Arrived late October as promised! However, Top table arrived with a scratch, called customer service and the issues was resolved immediately. I highly recommend Baer’s if you want a legit company with 5 stars customer service

Celeste, our sales consultant, is very good at reading a customer's needs and wants. She knows her inventory inside and out, as well.
She did a superb job assisting us with a Bernhardt power sofa.
The delivery team was polite, but a bit rough in handling the sofa.
The young man answering the phone at the (Castleberry) store was not well versed in handling phone calls re: deliveries. He could use more training.
I spoke with Jennifer the next day and she was very helpful in communicating to the delivery team my need to give them specific instructions unique to the high-rise in which I live.
I would purchase from Baer's again.

Great experience all around. Wonderful personal service and follow-up communication from our sales representative, Celeste. The delivery staff were on time, courteous and careful to protect our walls/floors/doors during the unload and transport inside our home. They were good to help me get the furniture in the right places and cleaned up all the packing materials when they left. Well deserved five stars!

What they delivered was very nice. It was as advertised. It was lovely. Unfortunately it was incomplete. Hopefully they will get the rest of the order to me. Within a few days. Update: They made good on their promise and delivered the missing pieces very quickly. Everything always being perfect is unrealistic. So a company that cares enough to fix their mistakes and make it right deserves extra credit. I love the dining set! Upgrading to 5 stars.

Top notch customer service in the store all the way through delivery. Their price is a little higher, but the level of service and quality of the furniture is worth it.

I had a wonderful experience at Baer in mid September 2023 while looking for select accessory pieces for my home. Immediately upon entering Baer, I was welcomed in by a Baer salesman named Victor. He was not only friendly and personable, he was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and the sale prices. When explaining my budget for these items, Victor shared with me the payment and financing available as well as further discussed with the manager about other options. I was very pleased with my deals and the delivery schedule which Victor was able to expedite for me. Victor has exemplary customer service skills and willing to go the extra mile. I have already plan to visit again soon and highly recommend Victor because he aims to assure great customer satisfaction.

Nice selection with solid well known brand names that have stood the test of time. Delivery guys were very courteous and helpful.

Sales was awesome. Delivery mix up reduces by one star but the offset of free delivery pushed it back up.
Supposed to be delivered on Saturday… was then told arrival on Wednesday. After saying, not acceptable, it arrived on Tuesday. I’d had knee replacement surgery and needed it terribly.
Delivery fellows were very nice. Thrilled it’s finally here!
