What a great experience!!! Everyone was very cheerful, the dental hygienist was very knowledgeable, thorough and caring about my mouth health. She took time to show me things and make suggestions on how I can do better with my home regiment. The entire staff worked very well together.

I cannot even think of enough kind words to say about the staff at Family Dentistry of Boynton.

From the second I made my appointment they were kind, attentive, and informative. You can tell the entire staff really enjoys what they do. I had to make an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and had a ton of anxiety about it.

They were up front about what the initial appointment would cost, and after my Xrays, they were quick to inform me what the next plan of action would cost, plus offered to help with a payment plan if necessary. The clear communication and not pressuring me into hundreds of dollars of more work when I was in pain from one tooth is a game changer for me.

Dr. D's bedside manor is amazing! She kept me informed of what she was doing throughout the entire procedure, was mindful of my pain level, reminded me to breath, and she and her assistant worked together to get me in and out of the chair with as little pain as you can expect from a tooth extraction.

Post-op, the entire staff kept shining with a follow up call the day after, making sure I was taking proper medication, and following post-op instructions. They even made sure I had my follow up appointment scheduled.

Everyone that works at this place seriously goes the extra mile, I can't recommend them enough!

Every staff member has been friendly and courteous. I happened to be able to walk in on the right Saturday that they are open 😃 ( this office opens on every other Saturday) . My dental issues were quickly treated and resolved. Highly recommended!

I was so nervous and scared to have my teeth extracted and an upper plate put in. Well they were the kindest and most gentle Dentist I have ever been too. And if they were my dentist before, I never would have needed the upper plate. Shout out to the receptionist’s and to the Dentist and especially the assistant Eddie. He was so gentle and made my experience wonderful.

I had a toothache for 2 weeks. This started on a Friday night, I call my dentist Saturday morning and got voice-mail. I did leave a message. I did not get a return call. Following Saturday same thing but this time I drove there and the office was closed. Sign said open on Saturday from 9am-3pm. I was there at 10am. Following week I Googled toothache paon and found Family Dentistry of Boynton Beach. I got a same day appointment. Had a root canal and no more pain. Doc took the time to explain everything, reviewed the x-rays with me. I cannot express how grateful I am and thank everyone there. 🙏

Probably the most enjoyable experience I’ve had with any dentist. Their customer service makes you feel so comfortable and like family. I’m glad I found this dentist after having a horrible experience at my past dentist.

I was very anxious of any type of dental visit. Straight away from the receptionists, I was put at ease. Next came the xrays, the dental technician had a calming manner as well. Dr D explained that my xrays indicated a major trouble. No wonder I was having discomfort. Dr. D went into details of what steps needed to the done and that this could be done today. Far and away the best Dental office I have ever been to. I have always had a deathly fear of dentists ever since a horrible bike accident as a child. They literally made me feel like a part of the family. They are now my Family Dentistry for life.
