Walter treated us like family - there was absolutely no rush and felt stress free. Superb service and definitely exceeds other stores we've gone to for the same service. Overall, great experience here!! Very thankful for everyone who helped us, especially the manager - superb customer service, great attention detail in getting 2 tuxes, extremely kind and caring. They were flexible and took their time with us. We left super happy which is how it should be!
We also went to the location in Boynton beforehand and they cannot match the care here.

My son needed a suit. We went to Jos A Bank in Palm Bach Gardens where Alex was most helpful.
We had a very pleasant experience and my son left with a beautiful suit, tie and shirt that fit perfectly. They are not pushy at all and will apply any sales they have going on at the time. Please go see Alex, he will help you out a lot.

I was looking to buy a tux for my son's wedding. Alex helped me with the purchase. All I can say is that he was exceptional and not pushy at all like some sales people. He certainly showed me my options but did not push. He was also very good with sizing and what would look best on me. It was a great experience with good prices. I would highly recommend this store.

My boyfriend and I came here to get him clothing for his new job and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with the biggest welcome and smile & throughout the whole process they were very accommodating and made sure we left completely satisfied and we left more than satisfied. Covid bride here! Let me just say we had plenty of hiccups throughout our wedding journey. We started the suit process in NJ (which was not a good experience) When we got to FL we went into this location and let me just say, this entire team is fantastic! They fixed everything, had answers and got everything done and organized. Enter Covid - postponement - they communicated and managed to still get everything done in time for the new date. The guys looked handsome and sharp. The guys all bought their suits- the traveler- and we rented vests and ties. There was a hiccup with the rented tie color, but Marcos was quick to fix it and make it perfect. There is so much more that goes into suit selection and renting for a wedding. Marcos made the process as easy as possible and is certainly a hard working, knowledgeable employee!

I purchased a suit for a family wedding a few months ago. After finally trying it on I found something amiss. I called and they told me to come right in and it was resolved immediately. That's the type of service that people expect but rarely get. I'll be back!

James helped us out with a last minute suit to attend a friend's wedding! We came by on Friday evening and were able to find a suit set and get it hemmed for a Saturday afternoon wedding. Great customer service!

We came to Mens Wearhouse amd they barely acknowledged us and we walked to Jos A Bank (Palm Beach Gardens) and everyone treated us like best friends. Ordered a custom suit for my wedding and couldn't be happier! Marcos helped me with the initial purchase, but the entire staff has been fantastic from beginning to end! I can't say enough how pleased I am with the suit I got and the service provided.

Kim called me personally to let me know my rental had arrived. Being from out of town that was great. The seamstress, Vessna, made a custom face mask from my pocket square so my wife had a Coordinating mask with my suite right on the spot, great service. Kevin’s customer service was spot on. While no place is perfect this is about as close as you can find. Marcos was and is exceptional. I needed a suit for my mother's funeral. Low turnaround time because of covid was asking a lot we had little notice ourselves and they were probably as busy as ever imagined. My Dad paid for everything because I am relatively poor. But I enjoyed looking good and will spend a little of my cash there in the future. Thanks again to Marcos and don't underestimate the value of custom tailoring.

Kevin was phenomenal! I can't remember the last time I received an intelligent, professional, retail or service experience such as this one.
I walked into the Palm Beach Gardens store to drop off some slacks for tailoring. At that time I was in a rush because I was out doing business, and had to prepare for my wife's company Gala (I was planning on wearing a nice Boss Suit.) However, I liked Kevin's demeanor, and asked if he had time to help me select a suit (I felt like this was a long shot with my experience in retail.) Beyond all belief, Kevin found what I needed with limited time; he, and Vesna provided a truly unforgettable service experience to prepare me for my wife's wonderful event that evening. My expectations were surpassed, I will be referring everybody I know to Kevin, thank you!

Great customer service! I’ve been shopping at Jos A Bank for years now. I just moved into the area and wanted to check out my neighborhood store off PGA. So glad I did! Marcos was awesome. I went to Jos A Bank on a last minute trip to find a suit for a wedding later the same day. Suit shopping isnt something I do on the regular but when I walked in I was greeted by kevin colman who immediately took away any nervousness I felt. Very professional and knowledgeable about his work kevin took charge and showed me a few really great options. Even though it was so last minute he was able to get me laced up with a full suit, tie, shoes, etc all while making me feel like I chose a great suit that looked good. Anytime i need anything formal i will be going back. Great place and great service.

Kevin helped me out and took great care of me and overall experience was great! I tried on like 5 suits until I found the perfect one. I had to get it adjusted, they tailored it perfectly and came back and picked it up in about a week. I would definitely recommend this location.

Anastasia is awesome, she made it easy for me, (someone who knows nothing about dressing nice ) And made me look great. She also somehow was able to do all that and nail my budget right on the dot.
