Been there three times in as many years and have always had an easy, efficient and customer service oriented visit. Even witnessed the front desk staff (pardon me for forgetting her name) spend excess time and energy fighting for their clients to have the insurance company cover their services. Might have gone unnoticed by others, but I appreciated it as one of their customers seeing the right action being taken! 👍🏼

This was my first time visiting Avalon Dental and it was the best dental exam and cleaning that I have ever had! The office was neat and clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable of my insurance and Dr. Ottley was very professional and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good dentist.

I have been fortunate enough to have lived across this great country, predominately in small mountain towns in the West. It always seemed as though Dentists and Hygienists were better suited to hard rock mining for gold than working on my teeth! No more, I had to relocate to the Deep South to find the solid team at Avalon Dental. I told them that 2 things in life scare me; lightning and dental chairs. I am still fearful of lightning. 5 stars for crew at Avalon D.

Everyone in including the front desk was very professional and informative. Most comprehensive exam I've ever had in my 60 years. Dr. Mobley was awesome and so was Shannon, her assistant.

The Avalon Dental team went out of their way to ensure my dental needs were taken care of, particularly as a new patient with an unexpected limited timeframe. The comprehensive new patient exam performed by Dr. Ottley was the most all encompassing assessment I have experienced. She spent extra time with me, answering my questions and explaining medical protocols. I highly recommend this team.

I have been going to Avalon Dental for nearly 20 years and the service has been excellent every time. Considering that I have had the same person cleaning my teeth during the entire duration, I assume it is a great place to work with minimal turnover. This allows for a more personal experience as you are not just the "next" patient in an assembly line.
