Dr. Hoghooghi has always done a great job with me. There are a few times that he has gone out of his way to make sure his work would last. I highly recommend his office.

The Dentist and her staff are good 👍 and she is a conservative when it's time for you to keep or take out your teeth. Away get a second Opinion when it comes to your health and the doctor you choose.

Great place! Nancy in the front is the best! They worked with me, and the price and care was excellent!

My husband (Phil) recently had work done by the denture center and was very impressed with the honesty, and efficiency of the practice and personnel. Would highly recommend to anyone considering denture work.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!

My father has been waiting for 2 months to get started. They submitted the wrong pre authorization after being provide with the correct insurance information in April. Every time you call they give you the same old story that they are still waiting on the insurance company. However, when you call the insurance company we are informed there is nothing to wait on that everything is covered. I finally called today and Nancy the office manager was the most rude unprofessional individual I have ever spoken with. She over talked me, laughed in my face, and told me no one was over her.

As a “ professional” she could have simply said allow me to call and check versus tell me to call them back with a reference number. Absolutely ridiculous!

Save yourself the frustration and time. DO NOT give this company your money.!.!.!

The front office staff needs more training on what is called customer service, they are doing an extremely poor job at that. The front office staff should be attracting customers to a business, not do the opposite by pushing them away, which can be really damaging to a business. Before I wrote this review I looked at the other reviews to see if it was just me, who by some odd chance had a bad encounter with someone else who was having a bad day. But all the reviews are consistent, RUDE, IGNORANT, and just negative experiences from frustrated customers. I don't write reviews often, and when I do it is usually positive feedbacks for a business. But, today I was motivated by the terrible experience I had to write this, I truly hope that this issue gets resolved.

Staff is rude. I was told that they would outsource my work because my insurance didn't pay them enough. I have been overcharged multiple times. Had an appointment, waited two hours for the Dentist to tell me he couldn't get to me that day.

They constantly want to sell me crowns. I now have had multiple issues with crowns that have failed requiring additional root canals. I should have known by their antiquated office decor and equipment.

Front office person at Florida Dental & Denture Center is very rude. I have my eye teeth is chipping instead of fixing that teeth, the dentist said that I still have bones in my gum and did the wrong area where there was nothing, had some impressions done the office called and said that the dentist can not do any for me. The front person asked me why did I come to see them. I would not recommend no one to go to Florida Dental Dentist not a friendly place.

They do not pick up there call...their emergency phone number is disconnected and their hours are so irregular despite them "posting" regular hours. Dr. Decklar doesn't answers questions even for clarity nor does he explain what he is doing to the patient. He misinforms the patients and staff is just too rude...I would take my money else were.

Front office clerk is one of the rudest and monumentally ignorant individuals I have come across in quite some time. Way too irritated to give a full rendering of what occurred today, 6/23/2020

Place was horrible, had my crown fall off one of my 2 front teeth and they would not stand by their work and tried to charge me to cement it back in.

I see why this place has such a low recommendation..
