Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

The Team and the Manager James are amazing at Tidal Wave!!! ! I would recommend anyone go to Tidal Wave over Ronnie’s Car Wash any day.

From Experience, Ronnie’s Car wash does not clean their brushes and when they damage your vehicle, they blame it on you. The District manager “Josh” (who is the manager of all the stores) is a liar and a pilfer. I know people who worked there and I had a terrible experience with Josh specifically at Ronnie’s. I will never recommend them to anyone again.

At every visit I am completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The car wash and staff do an amazing job everytime. Always pleased after leaving . Only car wash I choose to use! Thank you

The very courteous young man at the gate identified himself as Bryce. He was helpful in helping me sign up for a monthly plan and explained my options well. The establishment is always clean and the staff is pleasant.

Absolutely love this place ! They are a small enough business where they remember you and friendly and kind everyday but with the great quality of a big company. The owner is nice and he’s there to greet you everyday with a smile. Definitely better customer service than Ronnie’s 👍🏽 100/10 recommend. Oh also they draw smiley faces in soap on the kids back window and they love it 😊

The car wash itself was FANTASTIC. I got a free wash from my work for the most expensive $25 wash available. I think it looks wonderful. I've never seen a car wash clean wheels and tires like this. (See pictures)

Vacuum's were good, had good suction. The only thing is dislike was that they do not have the vacuum machines specifically designed for car floor mats. Those machines do better than a hand held vacuum ever would at a place like this.

Overall, 5/5 stars and I will be back again. Unfortunately it's a little out of the way for me but worth the 20 minute drive. Might also be worth the $40 a month for the $25 wash club. I'd definitely get that if I lived / worked closer.

What a difference Tidal Wave makes!!! My car was so clean when I got out it looked new. The manager was extremely polite and all employees very courteous. If you have not been you need to go here in Pace - they are the best !!!!!

I use to go to another car wash close by, in town. I had just cancelled my membership with them (because their wash was always broken when I went), and decided to try Tidal. Let me say, my expectations for a car wash were surpassed by far!!! They are so clean and ALL of their brushes work and nothing is missing or broken (yes they are new, but they obviously keep up with it)! Not only that but, Owen (I believe that was young man’s name who helped me) was so kind and walked me through the different packages they offer. They were so awesome, I even signed up for a membership with them! Looking forward to continuing business with them.

I have been a loyal customer, who recently experienced an issue, & as a result I had posted about it. I was very upset, but I was relieved that the owner saw that, & reached out to me to rectify the situation. At this point I am very satisfied with the response & result. We do enjoy using Tidal, as the car washes are always excellent, no matter if I get the basic or an upgraded version! Before Tidal, I had given up on automated car washes, but the equipment & products they use, truly do work, & I’m able to get a great car wash in half the time of a hand wash, & the vacuums are additional plus!!! I think it’s very important to support our local business owners & we look forward to supporting this one in particular for many years to come!

No complaints as to the car wash per se. I went through and the attendant working ran my my credit card, said it didn't go through so she walked over to the second kiosk and ran my credit card a second time. She assured me I was only charged once. Of course, I was charged twice. I phoned Tidal Wave's customer service but the number puts you on hold for an endless amount of time. I left a message but no response. I sent a couple of emails but only received an automated response that they would get back to me which they have not. I'm out $32.10 which isn't a huge amount but I won't be going back.

After my complaint, Tidal Wave reached out to me and gave me the option of another wash or refund. It was more hassle than necessary but they corrected the error.

My third time to had my car wash here and I am a happy and satisfied customer that's why I kept coming back here. Not only I am satisfied with how clean/neat my car after but the staff are wonderful. Shout out to Erik Rafter who assisted me today. He is very nice guy, approachable, professional and showed great customer service.

I will definitely come back here, again....and again. :)
