Residence Inn by Marriott Palm Beach Gardens

Wonderful first experience! We normally stay at the Marriott across the street when in town visiting family and decided to try this location out. First impression, beautiful lobby and front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. Sleek, modern decor. Our 2 queen suite on the 5th floor was fantastic! Very roomy with high ceilings. Breakfast was a nice surprise; much better than expected for a hotel buffet. All the staff we interacted with during our stay went out of their way to make us feel at home and genuinely cared about our experience. We visit the area 3 times a year and will certainly return to Residence Inn!

Great 2 day stay. Staff all cheerful and helpful. Bert especially. Very clean place. Decent free breakfast. Nice size suite.
A little dated but all lights and sockets worked.
15 minutes to Juno Beach. 3 minutes to rt 95. 6 minutes to Mall, Cheesecake Factory, other restaurants. Large workout room . Multiple washers and dryers! Nice pool with big towels.
Everything we were looking for.

My husband and I have been staying here for over a month and still have a couple of weeks to go. We have loved our time at this hotel. Every single employee has been warm and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and very modern. Nice pool area and grill area. The bed is comfortable, although we did bring our own pillows. The water pressure in the shower is perfect. Lots of parking availability. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in this area.

I was a little bit disappointed for being a Hilton garden Inn in a very upscale community. The customer service no smile nothing The rooms are not that great toilets that need to be fixed and electrical outlets that need to be fixed That's kind of not impressed. And the cleanliness could be better. The service at the restaurant was not that good They all looked at you like what are you doing here. The breakfast morning shift is the best Great service and good people That's the only thing I got good to say. The only other good thing I have to say is a surroundings You can walk It's a great place to walk and the cheesecake factory is right across the way and walking distance. Other than that I can't say much about this five-star Hotel.

We stayed here for a day. My family and I absolutely loved it. I would like to mention an employee here. Bert/Burt. My family and I LOVED Bert. He was so attentive, kind and wanted to make us all comfortable and happy/satisfied during our stay. He really seemed to enjoy his job. He came up and talked to is with no hesitation and was overall pretty awesome. There were some ladies at the desk that were super sweet to us and we will GLADLY be back. The pool water was warm and clean- there wasn’t much commotion it was fairly calm. The pool deck and around it was clean and tidy. The veiw was gorgeous and the rooms were clean. There wasn’t much loud at night and we all slept fairly well. However, our air mattress didnt stay inflated very well but that was most likely due to a unnoticeable hole. We will gladly be back.

**Accommodations:** Our suite was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed, offering all the comforts of home along with a touch of luxury that made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

**Service:** Tom and Tessie are the heart and soul of this establishment. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining were spot-on, ensuring we experienced the best of Palm Beach Gardens. They went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, always with a smile and warmth that made us feel like part of the family.

**Experience:** Whether it was the sumptuous breakfast spread each morning, the beautifully maintained pool area, or the cozy evenings by the fire pit, every aspect of our stay was enhanced by Tom and Tessie's thoughtful touches and eagerness to provide an unparalleled guest experience.

As a platinum member with Marriott for many years I can honestly say this hotels customer service, cleanliness and attention to detail was exceptional - right up there with our stays at the Ritz Carlton. We interacted with many staff during our 4 day stay. Every person greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed anything.

Stayed in sept 2023. Wonderful Hotel! Room was super clean, only flaw was a cracked tile in the kitchen area. Front desk staff was nice, and everything in the hotel was in good repair. Only complaint was my keycard was shut off 30 minutes before checkout. Luckily a family member was in the room and we were on our way out anyway.

Updated 3/28/2024: Room 200 is a suite that has a tub and curtain shower. The curtain would stick to the body when water is on with pressure.

Beautiful, great service, easy to get in and out. Everything you could need for a stay. Very close to Downtown mall.

Great little hidden gem just minutes from the marina. From the time we arrived Thomas welcomed us with a smile and a cookie/bottled water. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. They let us know at check in housekeeping would be every other day which was absolutely fine but they came every day to give us new towels which was amazing! The hotel is very clean, complimentary breakfast was great, the beds were comfortable and the outdoor amenities were amazing! The pool area, fire pit sitting area, the putting green and the barbecue grill area were all sp well kept and pretty. Very relaxing! There was plenty of free parking and even though they were doing construction nearby we never heard it in room 316 facing the front of the hotel. Absolutely recommend this location!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel! Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and a great experience overall. But this review was initiated because I wanted to make sure that Tess was acknowledged. She was incredible and made my stay extraordinary. What a kind and incredibly personable woman. I highly recommend this hotel and I hope you get to interact with Tess!

The staff at this Residence Inn was phenomenal. My husband and I stayed here this past weekend along with some family members as we were celebrating my wedding close by in Jupiter area. Special shout out to Katasha who really went above and beyond to make us feel special during our wedding weekend. And every staff member we interacted with was so polite and friendly. Beautiful hotel as well, very clean and just gorgeous hotel in general. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful rooms and extra nice staff the lady that check us in was friendly to the nines. This was great relief after a string of mediocre hotels with bad staff. This is the place to stay. The rooms are awesome the coffee and breakfast was hot and outstanding. The fitness center was cleaned and open. Couldn’t say enough good things about this place

Very friendly staff and very professional. Rooms are very nice and clean. The location isn't far from Juno Beach. I would definitely recommend.

Great rooms, great service, nice breakfast. The only negative thing is that the AC noise bothered me. Other than that, it's a great hotel. We only stayed a night, but it had all the basic amenities in the room, including a kitchenette.

Incredible customer service. This place is not just new and beautifully designed, but the staff and incredible. It just feels like a very well managed hotel.

As for the room itself, we had the suite and it was perfect. Full size kitchen, medium sized living room and a very comfortable king size bed. Top to bottom a great room, well worth the price ($170 a night when we stayed).

This hotel would be especially perfect for the traveling businessman. It's made to be a home and office away from the home and office. It's more of an apartment than a hotel room (hens the Residence Inn) and that was exactly what we needed.

We will not only recommend this place, but we will be back. 5 Stars.

You can’t mess with that :) nice and new, so spacious, we even had a little kitchen and living room and that was a standard room. Plus free breakfast until 9:30

This was one of my most favorite Marriott experience in 15+ years. All staff members were extremely friendly, breakfast was superb, and the evening bar service was exceptionally convenient. The location was perfect in relation to the soccer fields. Looking forward to another trip here!
