Town Square Dentistry - Dentist Boynton Beach

First time here and I really loved it. The entire team is friendly knowledgeable and really looking to take care of you. I have gone to many other dentist before and non like this one. The space is also very nicely organized and the outside of the building its so zen. Truly lovely place!

Great group of kind and professional people. Dr. Finer and her staff are outstanding and will give you the best possible care and best experience. Ashley (hygienist) and Leyvis (reception) were amazing. They made me feel comfortable. Two Thumbs up 👍👍and Five stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First I have to start with the receptionist Ayesha…. She was great fun personally. She made sure I had everything I needed and that everything was affordable for me… she’s the best… then my dental assistant Patrick he was very attentive to me made me feel comfortable and gave me prep talks throughout the whole procedure. He was very pleasant to have in the room… now my dentist Dr. Kowalik she has a great smile and her presents when she enter the room was very loving… she was very gentle but firm while removing my tooth… she was also very patient with me and allowed me to be fully relaxed before she started…. If you’re looking for a great dentist in the Boynton Beach area I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Town Square Dentist… 10/10 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dr. Kowalik impressed me with her friendly and clear communication style. She thoroughly explained the findings from my exam and my proposed treatment plan. Her honest and upfront discussion about costs and treatment options was refreshing and helped in making informed decisions with ease.

The quality of care I received was commendable. Dr. Kowalik’s expertise was evident in her work, ensuring a comfortable and effective treatment. The office staff and hygienists also played a significant role in enhancing the overall experience. Their helpful and courteous approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Although im in a lot of pain lol the staff here is amazing!!!! Iesha is very welcoming once you come in, she has such a jolly spirit and that helps with a person who feels anxiety. TY man in that room where it all goes down at she is very very professional and helpful. She is soothing to people who gets nervous. I appreciate you TY. And doctor FINER.... She is one of the best dentist in the world!!!!!!!! When i say she is gentle and does her job to perfection i refuse to go anywhere else. I hate going to the dentist but when i say having a GREAT team like this office does gives you security. They are even willing to wait until the anxiety goes away before they start. Such caring people! I took mom here for her routine visit. As mom is aging she is forgetting about brushing as often as she should. Unfortunately, she needed more work than normal. Ashley, the hygienist, did a fabulous job cleaning mom’s teeth and Dr Finer made room in her schedule for mom to come back in for extractions the same week. Dr Finer was very thorough and mom was feeling great right after her extractions. Everyone was compassionate and treated mom with kindness. Ieshia took care of the billing coding and helped get the best rates possible with mom’s minimal insurance coverage. Can’t recommend Town Square Dentistry enough! They made a difficult situation easy. Thank you all!

Antonio was amazing made me feel comfortable and taught me somethings I wasn't aware of thank you. Can't wait to get my teeth back to perfect health

I wanted to revise my previous review. Last week I was called and told that my appointment made for the end of the year needed to be rescheduled. when I explained to the scheduler and billing associate Melissa that I was going to be leaving town as of the first and would not be able to come back For at least 12 months she went above and beyond to get me in as soon as possible. Although I didn’t think I was gonna be able to make it for the rescheduled appointment as I was running late, the hygienist was able to fit me in and did a superb job with my cleaning and periodontal maintenance. I need to give props to Melissa who contacted me well beyond when her shift ended and she was on her way out to go on vacation to let me know that they were going to be able to see me. I would not have expected that from any other facility. Unfortunately now I am relocating and I will no longer be able to come to town square dentistry, but I would highly recommend them. Although we got off on a bad start sorting out my additional plan benefits everything has since been very smooth and the service has been exceptional.

The dentist and hygienist are wonderful. The front desk staff are pleasant enough. I had to wait close to two months to get refunded for overcharges on my billing when in fact, I informed them at the time of my service that they needed to make sure that they had my information, correct. It was only after having my insurance company call them directly to review the billing Did they agree to refund the overcharge. Once we agreed on the fact that I in fact was overcharged it took several weeks and numerous phone calls to actually receive all of my money back. The last portion the billing clerk in the office said she was so frustrated with it that she just took the money out of her pocket and gave me the $15. It really wasn’t about the $$ at all but the fact that the expectation is to be billed correctly. Not only did that not happen, but I had to inform them that did not happen. I am retired and really do not want to be working when I’m not working.

Definitely recommend! Very impressed with this all female staff. Excellent care, knowledgeable and organized. Shout out to Ty for a pain free X-ray session as I have mandibular tori.😊

Had an emergency dental situation on a Saturday morning and was lucky enough to discover Town Square Dentistry is now open every other Saturday! They got me in and out very quickly, and didn't charge an arm and a leg to fix my tooth. Melissa and team were fabulous!

Dr Finer, is a good dentist... she helped to educate me. Her warmth and friendliness was genuinely top knotch. She was thorough. I felt so comfortable in her care. I finally found a home after a long grueling search. This was truly the best dental experience I ever had. Also, the girls up front had AMAZING energy! Thank you to Melissa and Aisha for helping me to feel comfortable. I definitely
"came to the right place!"

This office has given me a new outlook on going to the dentist! It had been about seven years since visiting somewhere. After reviewing, I came and have never regretted it. The atmosphere and treatment is above my expectations. I AM RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE! Time and care is taken with each person that walks through the door

Great office! I am a medical student, who ironically knows very little about my own oral health, and have never had a good experience at the dentist. However, the staff here is great and they take the time to explain what they are doing and educating you on why! I felt so empowered after leaving the office in my ability to understand and maintain my oral care. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dental home!

Very enjoyable experience! Ashley was Amazing. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even followed up with me after my visit. Dr Libby (first name) was amazing as well. Extremely knowledgeable and gave me many options to reach my cosmetic goals. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone
