Palm Beach Gardens Marriott

Awesome hotel, a home away from home. What I loved. Smooth check in, clean room with crisp sheets and soft towels. Dani at the bar was great so were the other two bartenders that were working however I can't remember their names.

Great fitness center and very clean grounds. The breakfast buffet was what you would expect nothing special fresh and abundant.

The M club lounge was clean and neat with refreshing drinks.

I travel considerably and this Marriott could teach many others a thing or two about hospitality.

The hotel is also in a great location, close to shopping, dining and the airport.

This is our second time at this hotel and it won't be our last.

Awesome hotel with a great service! The room was spacious and very clean. Liked the floor which was not carpet. Wish we had much more days here - stayed only 2 nights. Staffs were really kind and made us feel welcomed. Special thanks to David and Jeff at the front desk for helping me with laundry issue.

This was by far the best hotel stay I have ever experienced. Ricard (who stayed past his shift to welcome us in) and his staff went above and beyond and made our stay during my birthday something truly out of this world.
Everyone that works at this hotel is so kind and generous, and will go out of their way for you. Great customer service, really clean rooms, comfortable bed, and wonderful pool set up outside!
A must stay and a for sure repeat for us!

My stay was so fantastic! I came from another less desirable sister hotel, and this hotel made up for my bad experience. The room was so clean and spacious. They had a restaurant at the hotel, and the service was impeccable. The bartenders were so friendly and accommodating, and so were the front desk personnel, who provided fantastic customer service all around. I left smiling, and they were extremely passionate about making my stay enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Great hotel, I stayed there for 5 nights and it all went perfectly.
The service was great, they deep cleaned the room every day. The room was large, quiet and comfortable.
The gym was huge with 4 different rooms, peloton, treadmills, strength machine.
The breakfast is also a great point with a large buffet for $25 including eggs, pancakes, fresh fruits, bacons and vegetables.

This location is nice, right off the main road and easy to get to everywhere you need to be. The room was super clean and the front desk agent was super sweet!

Excellent experience. Staff super nice and accommodating. Delicious breakfast buffet and hotel restaurant has nice menu and very good food. Went to the area to play at local golf courses. Great location for golf. Overall excellent experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff are really amazing; greeter in the lobby, front desk and the lobby bar all top-notch. We loved the location as it was close to highways and restaurants. The rooms have been recently remodeled and look very chic and updated. They were also very insulated as we never heard anyone in the hall or in rooms next to us.
What we really liked and enjoyed the most was the lobby bar and restaurant! The bartenders know how to make a proper old fashioned, the wine selection was nice, and the food was really good. We enjoyed sitting at the bar so much that we ate lunch there on both of the days we were there. Highly recommend.

I'm so impressed with the hotel and the staff was such a team! Linda worked her butt off on the event we held for Founder's Day and her boss worked just as hard. Clarence was terrific to speak with about other things around the hotel. All of the front desk staff were helpful, kind and charming people. Sharlene was outstanding! Its an upgraded beautiful and clean hotel.
I travel frequently and was very happy to be at a hotel you could just tell everyone was jiving. Smiles all around the entire time....except the one lady who served us a breakfast. She was cold and it was almost like she didn't belong at the hotel and stood out because of her nasty attitude.
Don't hesitate to book you will feel very comfortable, there's great food and rooms are gorgeous!

Been coming here for over 8 years now on my various business trips and the renovations are awesome! The pool deck, gym and other amenities are excellent! The new bar rocks and many of the staff have been there for a long time. Easy access of HWY 95. Go visit and see. Safe travels y’all! 🤟🏾

Location location location..I loved that I was close to everything but without being directly on PGA. Has decent amenities, a large parking lot, and is easy to find. I thought everyone was polite and willing to help. I had a short trip and kept the privacy notice on the door so I can't speak to the house keeping

100% I enjoyed my stay. My parents stayed in august for my mom birthday and it was up to her standards lol. I decided to book shortly after. I did run into my person wine glass mistakenly taken by room service, but the manager was contacted and she handled the situation so well! My wine glass was found and returned to my room. I had an issue with dust build up in the bathroom on the fan but maintenance came in while I was away and cleaned it completely. I appreciate them being hands on and understanding the customer request. It is like our home away from home and we pay to be comfortable for however many nights we are staying and this Marriott location made sure it that! Thank you to the staff for making my stay enjoyable and I will be back again this weekend. I believe the manager name is Shawna…I could be wrong but she is awesome.

Met a colleague there and worked from the lobby. Great conference room style tables with power outlets etc. Quite a productive visit. I refilled my water in the gym. While I didn't work out it looked well equipped.

Had a business meeting at the PBG and was having difficulty with the paperwork. Roger Amidon stepped in and solved the problem and we were able to complete the transaction. We loved the place, great location and can't say enough about Roger and the help he provided.

We had to change our reservation last minute. The hotel was very welcoming and the gentleman at the front desk was outstanding and very professional. The room was very clean and staff was friendly. We had to get an extra blanket because we kept our room on the colder side but asked the front desk when we walked in and they got it from the back for us.

Rooms extremely clean, which in my book is most important. Rooms have that crispy fresh smell and beds have nice linen. Staff was friendly and room was a great price. I would definitely stop here to stay again if needed. The only negative thing I can think to note would be the low water pressure in the shower but it was tolerable.

So far great, rooms are nice, updated, seems clean, staff really friendly (to me anyways). Great workout room. In a busy crowded area of west palm beach. Be advised this hotel is near some train tracks you could hear the horn at night

The lobby, the pool area etc. around the hotel look very nice and provide a resort-like atmosphere. Its right off the I-95 which was convenient for us. Overall a great hotel, I would definitely stay here again.
