Stephen Jara

I purchased a home through their agent "Suefro" and she was an absolute nightmare. She has a bad temper, and should not be in the real estate business. She was constantly trying to show what a know-it-all she is and argued with me many times over the things that I as the buyer knew I needed. She even blew a different deal when she crafted a nasty letter to a seller that was supposed to be sent to a "colleague" for review but instead was sent it to the seller. In hindsight, I should have stopped working with her at that point but unfortunately, I didn't.

Among the multitude of things that went wrong, on the closing day I discovered the seller had not done all of the repairs required in our contract, and she insisted that I move forward and go directly to the title company to sign the closing documents. I refused to do anything until the repairs had been made knowing that once I signed the paperwork, the sellers were off the hook for their commitments. Sue then simply walked away from the deal and quit. I called and texted her and then called her manager Stephen Jara, and his boss Deborah Deam, as well as their Principal-Agent David Fite and the Raevis Corporate Headquarters for assistance, and no one returned my calls. I had to contact the seller's agent to facilitate the closing of the house the following day on my own after the seller completed all the repairs. Sue only cared about her $11k commission, and could not have cared less about listening to my needs and making sure all bases were covered and that I as a client was being looked out for. The seller's agent, however, was excellent, Sue and her entire office of coworkers are not.
