The best hidden gem in Palm Beach! One of the best wraps I’ve had. Super friendly staff. Will definitely be back soon!

Anyone who wants genuine Italian espresso or Australians needing a flat white equal to Melbourne’s best - take the effort to find this cafe, the absolute best coffee in Palm Beach Gardens. The owner is amazing, understands coffee like you can get in New York. All the food is hand baked, the pistachio biscotti perfectly traditional tastes amazing! If you park per google address, walk up to the doors #5000 and walk through the building corridor, you’ll come out into the courtyard which is delightful, quiet, peaceful and shaded sunny under the gorgeous trees with outdoor tables. It’s around the corner from my work, so glad to have found you!

WOW! Deli-Licious was absolutely AMAZING. If I lived in the area I would be there at least four times a week for lunch. Since I do not live in the area, I will have to settle for visiting every time I am in town! The sandwiches were absolutely to die for but more importantly the service was impeccable. The owner was so friendly making every guest (whether new or a regular) feel at home. They are located in a cute little courtyard which is the perfect spot to enjoy your lunch. Also, I cannot recommend the Tiramisu Latte enough. May be one of the best coffee drinks I have ever had. The perfect blend of sweetness while still being able to taste the espresso and mascarpone.

Really awesome place I wish I found sooner! As everyone pointed out in the reviews it is difficult to find at first since it is in middle of a corporate park but I am so glad I did. Have already been back since my first visit 2 days ago. Owner is super nice and welcoming. Amazing cold foam latte. Breakfast burrito and avocado toast were both amazing. There is a really cool green space with a little river, fountains, aquatic plants, and even a putting green! It’s like a little tropical oasis. I will be back regularly.

Love Deli-Licious great people great food. You can't go wrong on anything. The loaded breakfast bagel is awesome. Best breakfast bagel I've ever had. BTL is a good staple for lunch. Get the onions rings they're homemade and so good. And if you want a sweet treat the Nutella pancakes you can't go wrong.

I just went and got their Loaded Bagel Sandwich with an everything bagel. Bacon... egg... cheese... hashbrowns... and jam. Yes, jam - I was skeptical too. It was literally the best thing that has ever happened to me, and I will be going back. Do yourself a favor... try it. I am telling you right now - and I am not kidding - it was THE best breakfast sandwich I have ever had.

An absolute hidden gem! Our company moved into an office nearby and some colleagues had raved about Deli-Licous. Trying it myself, I was beyond impressed and it is by far the absolute best lunch spot in the area, now becoming a regular myself. No one comes close. Food is top-notch, well-presented, prices are great and that's all complemented by a very friendly staff. You can tell how much they truly care to make their customers happy and they hit that mark well. They have my business for life.

Terrific lunch at this hidden gem located in the center area of a corporate park. You have to walk to it through the office spaces but it’s well worth the effort! Service was wonderful and the food was great. Try the hipster wrap or anything on their ciabatta bread.

I had actually heard about this place a year ago, when a friend said they were supposed to have a good club sandwich, but alas, we weren’t able to find it. I think we went to the back of the building, and not the front. But with new reviews, and hints about how to get there, my wife and and I able to find them today! Hooray! We’re glad we did, as it was a very good experience all around. From how friendly and helpful Craig was, to the great food. I had a chicken salad sandwich on wheat, with a side of potato salad, while my wife had the ABLT wrap with coleslaw. I’m a fan of chicken salad sandwiches and this one was very good. And the potato salad, which was much more creamy than I expected, was also good. (It still had chunks, but is more like mashed potatoes then most potato salads). My wife’s wrap was also delicious, and the coleslaw was good too. We are always looking for good places for lunch and we may have just have to add these guys to our weekly rotation. Very good. My only regret is we’re usually working in the morning so won’t be able to try their breakfast, and they aren’t open on the weekend. But maybe we’ll sneak out one morning and give it a try. So definitely go if you get the chance. Oh, if you look in my photos, I’ve included a crude map on how to get from parking lot to back through the breezeway to the cafe!

We came this morning on the way to our daughter's check up. This hidden Gem was such a pleasant surprise! The owners were very acomadating, and a pleasure to speak with! We got a few breakfast sandwiches and crispy home fries! Everything was great! We will definitely be back!

So this review is LONG overdue as I’ve been coming here for months now. Honestly, I don’t think 5 stars is a high enough rating for just how fantastic the food is. They have daily specials everyday (ask to be put on their email list so you can see it ahead of time!) and their daily selection is just as tasty and inventive.

If I’m being honest, one of my favorite things about this place is that you can tell the owners truly, truly care about their craft. There’s a lot of thought put behind their specials and regular menu and it can be tasted in the meals as well.

They are also very friendly and I know if I go there, even when there’s a long line, I’ll still get the same level of service as when it’s empty. You can call ahead (my go-to) or go in person and order the food there. I’ve gone twice with others to order in person and I think the longest we’ve waited for two standard orders to be completed was 10-15 minutes during lunch hour so not bad at all.

Also, if you’re an office fan, they did a pretzel day a couple of weeks ago and had an option for all of the toppings (of course I had to go the Michael Scott route, how could I resist?!). Pretzels were made in house and you could taste the quality. Not just that, but it was a good sized pretzel, well worth it.

I honestly can’t hype this place up enough. I found it on a whim and it’s been my go-to spot ever since. Thank you Sara and Craig for all that you do to make it a wonderful and welcoming experience overall!

I’m also terrible at taking pictures of the meals but one is a special they had earlier this week called “Big Ole Box of Heaven” (aptly named lol) and the second is the Pretzel day pretzel 😃.

Amazing establishment offering delicious breakfast sandwiches, burritos, coffee, lattes and more! The bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was the best I’ve ever had. The service was fantastic and very customer-focused. Excellent atmosphere, offering a beautiful courtyard with fresh flowing pools of water and beautiful greens to walk while you wait for your food.

This little slice of heaven does not just provide delicious food but customer service out of this world! This is one of the first restaurants I’ve come to in a long time, that left me full and happy all around. Even a side of fries from here would exceed anyone’s expectations! Great Job Delicious Cucina and Cafe, I will definitely be back!

Hidden breakfast oasis! This place lived up to the hype. We had the fluffy brioche French toast, spicy boom boom burrito was breakfast soul food, giant wild blueberry pancakes and the coffee was soooooo good. Asked my nephew to rate them for us and he gave them 100 stars ♥. We will be back!

Best sandwich I’ve ever had! I live in Massachusetts and am devastated to be so far from Deli-Licious. The iced latte with imported Italian coffee (and coffee ice cubes, because Florida) was amazing. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. This place was hard to find but SO worth it, like a delicious speakeasy deli with a gorgeous courtyard. I got the Nobody Puts Baby In A Corner: with imported italian prosciutto, burrata cheese, fried chicken, fig jam, fresh arugula, on toasted ciabatta bread.

Great spot, if you’re a foodie! I spoke with the owner. He was real nice and friendly. I had a burratta bacon cheeseburger that was on special. It was awesome! Can’t wait to come back for breakfast which ends at 10:45 btw.

Came here with my boyfriend for a birthday breakfast. We were a little worried when we didn't see it by the front, but once we came across tables we knew we were in the right spot. I got the two eggs, bacon, avacado toast, and hashbrowns; my boyfriend got the boom boom burrito. The food was so delicious and the wait time wasn't long at all considering it is just the owner and his wife working there. Very great story behind the location and I recommend you give it a shot since the views, food, and customer serving was AMAZING!! 💜

Awesome service, amazing food. Very fresh and great flavor combinations. It wasn’t hard to find, just go through the office building to reach the center court yard. It’s counter service with covered picnic tables. We will be back!
