Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My husband and I rent from Enterprise every 3 month to travel to Houston for his cancer treatment. Davis always goes above and beyond to get us in the best vehicle for our trip. The past 4 years we have always used this location and we will continue. Thank you for being so accommodating

My car was hit and insurance sent me to enterprise, my experience was amazing! Kaitlyn is the absolute best, her customer service is top tier and she made sure I was completely taken care of on every front. Literally the nicest person I have interacted with, ever. Super personable, and made the process of having to fix my car a million times better. Definitely ask for her help if you can!

All around great rental experience at the Milton location. They were clearly super busy when I picked up the car so a little bit of a wait but I think they got me (and the other 6 or so customers) setup and out the door as quick as possible! On return, I brought the car back a day early and they got me checked out in like 5 mins. Friendly staff.

These guys are awesome…. In spite of being short staffed, the service they provided was courteous, professional and timely. I would definitely recommend Enterprise in Milton.

I am so grateful for Interprise in Milton, Florida, they have been nothing but respectful, honest, and so understanding… I had to get this rental car unfortunately due to an insurance claim. But since day one, Interprise has been so nice, all of their employees are amazing. Every person that I have talked to has gone above and beyond to help anyway they can. Joe Hudson collision center called them yesterday stating my car was ready and it was time for me to bring the rental car back. I drive an hour out there, and of course, by the time I get out there my car is not ready they say. They were so sorry for the inconvenience. They got my car mixed up with another car, they promised me yesterday my car would be put back together, but of course I drive out there again an hour out of my way . Not only that I had to take off work yesterday because I thought I was getting my car back and then today I had work and I had to leave for 2 1/2 hours so I could get my car because they promised they would be ready today. When I go in there to get my car my car is not even at the collision center place. They said it was at a different place getting aligned. Yesterday when I spoke to the Joe Hudson people. They swore my car would be put back together and ready today. the man on the phone yesterday at Interprise was so nice and I told him I was like you know what mistakes happen I will pay out-of-pocket for the rental car for one more day and I paid almost $70 for the rental car which is completely understandable it has nothing to do with Interprise I mean I am so grateful today I called them and at this point I am in tears crying because this whole situation with Joe’s collision center telling me my car was supposed to be ready two different times and it was not ready so I’m losing money from work. I’m losing tips from work . I’m wasting my gas driving an hour there in an hour back. And the man on the phone today again was so nice and understanding and he promised me that they would not charge my card and he even apologized and he didn’t even do anything wrong. I will always recommend Interprise and Milton to anyone. They are so respectful and they are so honest. if I could give them 10 stars I would. They truly do you have great employees who care about their customers. The man on the phone today told me don’t worry about a thing that I would not be charged at all that he would get it all figured out and if he had any questions or had anything to let me know, he would call me back, but he said he would handle everything And I am just so struggling and stressed out right now. It means so much that he actually cares about his customers. I kept apologizing on the phone because I mean at this point I was bawling my eyes out and he was just so understanding and so nice , I want everyone to know that they really do care about their customers, I’m sure there has been people in the past to have given them bad reviews over small inconveniences, but I am serious when I say Interprise in Milton, Florida has the best employees you could ever ask for. They don’t understand how grateful I am for them right now.

The staff was amazing caring understanding and willing to work with you to help solve an issue or take care of it for you..keep up the good work car was amazing.... Definitely going to use you again..!!

I believe it's the manager of this shop (Shadie Jones)and he is AMAZING. He has helped me since day 1 and is professional and kind as well. I have ranted and raved on how great he specifically has been in helping me get through all this. My mother and I walked in never having been through this and he has gone above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. When I have to call the store I breathe a sigh of relief when he answers the phone lol. In this type of situation it really helps to have someone be so helpful. 10 out of 10. Excellent Customer Service throughout my experience! We were renting a vehicle because of an accident, so I was already pretty stressed, but the friendly service I received from Elizabeth and Aaron made it all better. I do appreciate good customer service and especially when they are warm, caring, and friendly! Elizabeth definitely is a Morning Person and her energy and enthusiasm made my vehicle return a nice moment. She even got one of the Detail Guys to take me back home and save me an UBER and a wait for an Uber! Thank YOU for wonderful customer service Elizabeth and Aaron!

This location has the most helpful and polite staff! I've rented here a few times and have had a positive experience every time. I had to extend my most recent rental and, when there was an issue at turn in, Elizabeth took care of it quickly and better than I had hoped. Oh, and the price was even better than any of the bargain websites too!

Very friendly people to deal with. Car was very clean and well maintained. Flexible car return made the experience very pleasant.

Last minute trip out of state. booked car less than 24hrs in advance, and was on the road quickly after doing the paperwork. returning the car was just as easy. The staff were efficient and easy to work with. Its a small rental office but it runs very well.

Bo, Ryan, and Elizabeth do a great job at the Enterprise located in Milton, FL. They keep cars clean and ready to go. They even go above and beyond to secure you a vehicle from another location, if they don’t have the vehicle you need. This is the only place I rent vehicles. Thanks Enterprise!

Elizabeth and Beau gave excellent customer service when we rented a car from Enterprise. They were very thorough and extremely polite and helpful. We will definitely rent from them again.

This enterprise is well a prize, and it's only that way because the present people work as a team. I talked with Kate on the phone, y when I got there, she got me situated, and Beau took over and got me in a car lickety-split. The rental car was great, clean, and performed how I needed it. I will say Davis was who I dropped the car off, and he is indeed a great guy, I don't know him personally, but his vibes are solid, you can tell he is a family guy. Anytime I know I'll need a rental, this enterprise won't just pick me up, they'll help me on my journey.

By far one of the best Enterprise locations ever! Easy to deal with, very friendly people. Very quick process. I hope I'm not in need of a rental anytime soon but if I am, I will be calling these guys.
