My family and I stayed here for a conference Nov. 15th - 17th and everything was good.

Room
Intially we had a minor issue with our room and the employee on duty was very apologetic and resolved the issue immediately. They even upgraded our room for the inconvenience. When we complained about smelling smoke when it is a smoke-free facility they immediately resolved that issue as well. The beds were very soft, rooms clean, and well stocked.

Breakfast
Everyday the breakfast was hot and fresh. I like that it was a step above your normal continental breakfast. It included sausage, grits, potato wedges, waffles, biscuits, gravy, cereal, yogurt, and more. A non-beef or non-pork option would have been great but it is Georgia.

Customer Service
The staff were amazing. Very friendly, attentive, and all around good people.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sleep Inn in Baxley!! The service provided by one young woman named Shannon (who was the absolute sweetest person) was top shelf and I hope to encounter more great employees such as she!

Front desk was super helpful getting us checked in and making sure everything was ready for us! Clean rooms and comfortable stay.

This hotel/ motel is a hidden gem!
We happened upon it, when visiting Baxley, Georgia.
From the outside, it just looks like a tall building. Google maps took us in circles, so you must pay attention.
It's right next door to Tractor Supply.
It's part of Choice Hotels.
The rooms are up to date and beautiful.
The beds are so comfortable with four pillows to a bed.
Shower/tub.
Also fridge and microwave.
Only service dogs allowed.
The gal that ran the breakfast, goes above and beyond.
Kudos to you, my dear! Strawberry waffles, scrambled eggs & bacon.

Nice room for the price. Staff was very cordial. Outside of property open and well lit. Suggest not leaving food lying around. I saw two roaches 😯. The bed, Well made a very comfortable. Using AAA saved almost $100.

The staff always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome, they go above and beyond to make the stay as pleasant as possible!
The rooms are always so nice to come "home" to, since this hotel is my home away from home it seems.
The housekeeping staff is top notch! They make sure everything is perfect for your stay and if you need anything they are on top of it in no time flat.
Best hotel and staff ever bar none!

Check in was fine. They have a decent breakfast. Room was clean, no odors.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was incredibly clean and well-kept. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Much higher quality than recent stay in Tampa downtown, at what was supposed to be a much nicer hotel. Staff kept busy cleaning and making the place look nice, while being highly courteous and friendly to the guests. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I don’t usually write reviews but this place was that good - I wanted to go out of my way to give them a 5-star review. Our bed was incredibly comfortable also - much better than usual hotel beds.

A newer hotel in the area with great quality and comfort. If you're in town visiting, whether it is Baxley or Hazlehurst, this should definitely be your first choice in hotel accommodations.

Staff was very welcoming and nice. Hotel as a whole was very clean. The room was very accommodating. Breakfast and breakfast area was better than I ever could’ve imagined.

We stayed two nights and were very pleased from start to finish! All of the staff was gracious and accommodating. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations; there were plenty of hot and yummy items to select from. The room was clean, newly renovated and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this location!

Very happy with this hotel stay. Anytime I’m here the staff go above and beyond to ensure I am please. If I have an issue which is usually minored, it’s resolved immediately. Great customer service always!

After a very long day on the motorcycles we stopped here for the night.Very clean place. The beds was really comfortable. Clean rooms. I checked in on 3/21/2020. The two ladies at the front was awesome and very helpful. They hooked us up to where to eat.Great place to stay.Would stay here again.

Love this place !!super clean, friendly staff, clean rooms, showers are beautiful and the bed is so comfortable you sleep like a baby. This was my 1st time in Georgia and had to be the best experience I've had in a long time. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back through.

I've stayed here off and on for a few weeks now. Nothing to really complain about. Hot breakfast in the morning, the older little lady makes sure you get what you want, she is very nice.
