Darby was such a sweetheart! She was so kind, and smiling with a big heart. Best drive thru service I have ever had! I see her doing big things with her career. She provided 5 star service with a phenomenal kind attitude that you don’t get anymore. We need more Darbys in the fast food industry. I hope her employers see her passion for others.

Gavin is a sweetheart, with a smile on his face, and a good attitude. You can’t find many people in the service industry today that have a good outlook or seem to be happy doing what they are doing, but I had a wonderful experience here today with Gavin. My order was perfect. I got my extra sauces. The food was hot 10 out of 10.

We love eating here. The food is always fresh and really good. The service is AWESOME.

Hands Down to Stephanie and Her Team...I went through the window and they are immaculate...Food on point..Josh was Amazing. He made sure we got absolutely everything we ordered and waited for us to check as well,just as kind as can be!!! Great Great Job Team Arbys Baxley!!!

Really didn't get a lot of French fries with my meal and some of the chicken bites were really small but they were real good will definitely go back soon

I had a great experience here . Jeremy was respectful and he got my food out in a timely manner I’m definitely coming back . Everyone is professional sweet and helpful and food is 10/10

I love arbies especially their chicken sandwiches, their infrastructure could use a little work things are degrading,but the employees are very respectful and very patient. The management is very understanding and are willing to help with what ever you have a problem with

On this particular day, employees were outside enhancing the edifice; this😀spoke volumes, they care about the building. This was viewed as Welcoming to guests! They were very courteous, both greeted upon my arrival; when I entered Arby's, the cashier smiled, spoke, she was as equally courteous and professional! To conclude, my breakfast was Very Delicious! I plan to visit this location again, and I'm Highly Recommending this Arby's! Continued Success at this location, as well as other locations, your employees here are an asset to your Business!

Got the new Steakhouse Ribeye garlic sandwich today. Very delicious, the garlic sauce really made the sandwich. Arby's seems to never make a bad sandwich and they're always good. I love they're Jalapeno bites too and they go great with their Bronco Berry dipping sauce.

This Arby's in Baxley Georgia just seems to be better than the other ones I have dealt with the roast beef tastes better can't explain it.. the manager on duty was absolutely fantastic to deal with.. make the chicken salad sandwich and everyday menu item talk to the powers that be

Great service! Came in 5 mins till breakfast ending at 10:30 and they were awesome enough to cook us amazing breakfast before shutting down breakfast! Totally suggest the Bacon Beef N Cheddar! And the worker checked on us as well! Amazing service!!! Thank you worker Jo Wilkerson!!!

We did have to wait a little bit. It was lunch hour rush with lots of call orders. Service is great. Food was awesome.
They are like every other restaurant in this small town, hard to find people that want to work.
