Been a customer for years. No matter how busy they are (which is all the time, lol), I never had a bad experience or a very long wait. Their work area was full, but I was in and out in less than an hour each visit. Great service, friendly staff, good product, and good prices. Best time to go for me was mornings.

They fixed the bad alignment that a different shop did and now my SUV drives amazingly

I’ve bought several sets of tires from Hayes tire and their price is always the best, they’re quick, convenient and always polite. They’ve offered advice when I had questions about tires for Heavy equipment trailers, they’ve been able to get me tires that weren’t in stock, within a day and they’ve even done alignment work for some of my company vehicles.

Had to get a tire taken off the truck and patched, they were fast to get started and get me going.

Great service. I rolled in 0800 one worker was headed out in a road call. New tires via my purchase online , checked for badabad sensor. Air,one Air sensor installed ,road test and out by 0936. Thanks Regards BlackPowderBill.com
