I had an exceptional experience and interaction with Officer Anson Barney III, who patrols Home Depot.
He was very friendly inside and outside of the store, approachable, and went out of his way to protect my truck when walked over to Schnucks.

Very good Hardware Store! They show respect and have great deals.I received my Hot Water Heater the same day I ordered it,it was delivered.

It happened by chance to have evergreens, like Junipers and yews marked down 75%. I bought 11 great bushes for my home.
The check out lady was very nice and helpful.

Went in today for a door. Prices good, and I picked up some painting supplies as well. Did not need customer service today, and at the self checkout there was a nice lady greeting people and helping them scan if something went wrong.

Anthony the Assistant manger is awesome! He helped out with an order mishap. He personally loaded my vehicle as well. I know he didn’t have to go out of his way to help me the way he did. Great job!!!!

Tonja in paint was very helpful and pleasant. And her perfume brightened up the whole area. Give her Employee of the Week for that alone.

They always have what I need. The customer service is always great. The employees are always knowledgeable in their particular sections. I have rented trucks from here and it was a very smooth and quick process. If you're a veteran don't forget to add your status to your profile and get that discount.

Simply like the fact that it's so conveniently located, and pretty much always have WHAT I need.

The managers that I've spoken to so far have been absolutely amazing to work with and to talk to. They truly have a sense of customer support and service and we'll go out of their way to help you find what you need or get the services that you need set up.

I went to get office keys made and had an amazing experience. The associates in the rental department were super friendly and helpful. We talked about my converses I had on and with other associates that saw them. We had so much fun I forgot my receipt. When I noticed that I did. I called and spoke to Ron (I believe that's his name) who helped me and he remembered who I was and I still haven't been back to grab the receipt lol.

This place is on point for the skilled and novice personnel!

My husband and I needed supplies and made the trip to HD, alright, Home Depot, I was trying to seem like I go there so much that us rehabbers call it HD😁, it's a different world in there. The tiniest things in there have value, and I have learned how to calm myself down and search for the things needed, while also checking out the other home improvement options available. I payed for the items, happy we found just the things we needed and we left to go do the work. Good Job.

Haven’t shopped at Home Depot in years stumbled in here about a month ago ran into a manager named Anthony and got to say he is a gentleman and because of him. I shop at Home Depot instead of Lowe’s because of his wonderful customer service.

Update 2023:
Just had some of the BEST customer service from the guy in the appliance dept. and the mature lady helping me in check out at the front. THIS is the dream team. Thanks evening shifters.

2019:
They are really friendly when you can find someone to help you. But don’t bother calling unless you want to wait forever to get someone to answer and then be transferred to like 6 different people who don’t know what a lily flower is.
