Heroes Welcome

Used to come here every week for commander nights before work got in the way. Owner is a very chill guy and has given me some freebies if he had a couple extra promos sitting around. The other customers are pretty good too, I've always felt welcomed at the tables. This is my go-to game store for pre-orders.

Great store, I go here for all of my MTG needs, real friendly environment. If you’re a nerd or geek (like me) who’s interested in the respective entertainment, this is the perfect place!

Small place but great selection and super knowledgeable staff. Also, will pull/special order comics. There's also a huge back room for gaming. Great place overall for comics, role playing

I like this store for it's availability to play table top games in house free of charge. From card games to 40k. It is a great place to go on a rainy day. They have a giant selection of free table games available to try, as well as many to purchase. John has a great selection of products and is a huge help at finding what you need. Definitely worth checking out.

Great little nerd shop. I always stop in when I'm going through Menomonie! The folks are nice, the community is welcoming and the items are fairly priced.

Great quality, locally owned, game store. Fantastic selection of comics, cards, table top models, great staff and a fun community. While it might feel slightly congested upon first glance, it's actually a surprisingly large store with a lot of play space.

I love coming here; The people are awesome and the games/cards are sold at good prices. The owner (or sometimes other customers) will even take time showing you how to play a new game (like if you haven't played Magic the Gathering before and want to try before you buy).
They also do tons of cool events.

Awesome store! I'm into RPGs, and my partner loves miniature painting, so we often come here for RPG books and minis. Great prices on Warhammer sets!

I was greeted heartily by the cashier who took care of any needs I had, including when merchandise would be in stock. A fantastic stop for table top gamers, comic enthusiasts or hero's. They're always welcome.

Good selection of board games, cards, and comics. They also have a large selection of games to try out. John is friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help you out.

Heroes Welcome is a great store. Tons of comics and games for the board and card gamer in all of us. The employees are all kind and genuinely care about their customers and their customer's satisfaction. I go as often as I can.

John is wonderful. He's pleasant to talk to and is very fair with his prices. Probably the best place to get cards from in town. Comics are always neat, and he will order whatever you need.

Love my hometown comic shop. They always have what I need, and will get me the comics I want. Owner keeps a great atmosphere. Helps to have a place to go and play cards, or read comics.

Just visited here for the first time today. They didn't have the book I was looking for, but were happy to order it. Been wanting to read it for a while so I'm really glad they were able to get me a copy. The store is nicely layed out and organized. Its easy to find stuff, and also easy to be distracted by cool things you weren't looking for. Haha.

Traveled over an hour for an anniversary modern event they ran. The owner was friendly and helpful, the community was welcoming, and the prices were fair.

Great place to find comics, cards, games, graphic novels, or whatever other nerd stuff one might prefer. If they don't have it, they can order it. Recommend.

Fun gaming atmosphere owner was very nice sells Magic Star Wars destiny Pokemon board games and comic books and can order certain things if wanted.
