We had a great stay. The front desk clerk was helpful and very friendly. Our room was really clean. The breakfast was very tasty . Will stay again the next time we visit family

After a full day of driving, it was nice to check in to a quiet place with clean rooms. I didn't want to be too close to the city so this was a good option that felt safe and plenty of parking. There are a decent amount of places to eat down the road but most close at 8 so be mindful of that. Julie at the front was nice and took care of me and my family. This place is also pet friendly which was also what saved my family for the night! We went to the pool and it was pretty clean and warm which was nice after a long day. Free continental breakfast is nice for what it is (cereal, waffles, eggs). Definitely great value compared to other options with half the amenities.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Love that this was a pet friendly hotel so my fur baby was able to travel with us this time. The dog area and shaded gazebo area was a perfect place to relax with our dog. We stayed 2 weeks total and had a great stay.

My wife actually works at this hotel and it is the nicest & cleanest hotel in the area.. Prices are Pretty reasonable, has free breakfast & swimming pool and best of all no bugs in any of the rooms.. Highly Recommend!!

Rooms were clean and staff friendly. They had hot eggs, sausage and grits with other basic breakfast choices.

My husband travels for work so lots of hotel rooms! I have enjoyed my stay so far! The owners are always around and very accommodating. As far as a travelers wife this hotel is great! It’s clean no Smokey or musty smells a great pavilion and grills. Outdoor pool only wouldn’t say it was a family vacation hotel but it’s amazing for traveling working families. Animal friendly and does NOT smell like animals which is the best for us because we travel with our dazy (husky/lab mix) she loves her yard and the pavilion for shade 💚picture under the pavilion (her hang out spot it’s hot down here she’s from Michigan 😂)

I liked it. It was nice. After driving for ten hours, it was nice to have a clean and cool room. We had a late check in, that wasn't a problem. They did have a swimming pool. It was clean. The night clerk was helpful.

One of the front desk people acted like my request for recommendations was a bother. Her response was I don't know see we live here so we don't do that stuff... that was offensive. Wow, that's fairly uneducated mentality. Other than her, the rooms were great, breakfast was great and other staff was good.

I ALWAYS call a Hotel directly to make a reservation. I never use a 1-800# any longer because of one very bad experience by using it once, they got all in info WRONG, and that's all it took. They didn't need a chance for 3 strikes, they took themselves out.
When I made our reservations for this VaCa at least a month in advance or more, we requested a Double Handicap Room on the first floor because of a severe fear of heights, and yes that would include even going to the 2nd floor as well. Also, so I would not have to pull out and use my wheelchair for such a short distance.
The reservation was made and given to me over the phone with the confirmation as well. Along with it was HER WORD that our room would definitely be on the 1st floor. All was done and we could not wait to go home to see our Family
We arrived at the hotel on the specific day, checked in and then was told that our room was on the 3rd floor. We told the Front Desk Receptionist about our reservation and the agreement that was made. It was noted on our reservation about the request and the agreement, but they could not give us what was agreed upon. They had already given our room to someone else an hour prior to our arrival, even though there was other Handicap Rooms available.
So much for someone giving you their WORD. That's not worth any more than someone spitting on their hands then shaking them as it use to hold up many years ago.
It may sound petty but it truly isn't when there's a severe phobia involved, and then you end up taking the room on the 3rd floor right nest to the dinging elevator, and you're waking up every 1½ hours for the next 4 nights.
We absolutely LOVE La Quinta, especially since they're Pet Friendly, but the last 4 nights were absolutely miserable!!
"Paige" was our FAVORITE Front Desk Associate.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and the complimentary breakfast was perfect. My son forgot his very expensive VR headset in the room and we didn’t realize until we were 2 states away. The staff was super helpful and walked us through how to get it shipped back to us. We received it via UPS today in perfect condition. Thank you so much!

We were 3 families that meet up for Thanksgiving and our Airbnb was terrible and had to find accommodations last min. We stayed here and they were so accommodating!! They let us even use the breakfast area to hang out as a family to play games every night, pulling out bigger tables for us and a microwave to heat up of thanksgiving leftovers. Rooms were clean. King rooms are very spacious!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Boutte. Check out is at noon and when my friends ran late (4 hours mind you) and Uber was unable to send a car, the manager was kind enough to allow me to occupy the lobby. They offer a great breakfast and are pet friendly. Can't wait for there construction to be completed. Keep up the great work and Thank you again for being so kind to me.

Page, Heather, and other front desk personnel (I forget their names) are awesome!! They make everything easy and less complicated. The hotel is super clean and neat. They have a pool, fitness room, and laundry room. Places to eat are near by as well. This is the ultimate spot for me.

The room was very nice and clean. Very polite staff. I even forgot items of clothing in the room and ALEX was awesome locating the items and driving them to UPS for me to be mailed back. I think it was even on his own time. Very cool to have such great customer service and politeness throughout. Am definitely a la Quinta loyal customer now!

Would recommend staying here. Paige on day shift and Annabelle on night shift were amazing and very helpful.

I didn't stay here, but the amazing staff at this establishment accommodated my favorite storm chaser during Ida last night. During his lives we could hear and see the hard work they were doing and the genuine care that the staff had for their guests. I hope the hotel recovers quickly from this disaster, and everyone there deserves some recognition for going through a Cat4 storm and handling it to the best of their abilities. THANK YOU!

Hotel grounds nice and clean, clean beds and bathroom, AC is cold, full amenities, swimming pool looks welcoming, friendly front desk :)
