This was one of the best hotel stays I've had since I've been Trucking over the road! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hot breakfast was great, as well as the staff. The only issue I had is the location is a good distance from all the activities New Orleans has to offer, so we had to grab an Uber to the "Happenings" ☺🍾🎉 Other than that, this place is superb!!

Brand new hotel. Employee at breakfast area was awesome. Even had freshly baked cookies in lobby Great stay !

I just want to say these people here absolutly by far has been very helpful to my family and i. Great service and staff, very nice place for anyone to stay. God bless this best western. 🙏 They even held my bike for a few extra days when i had no way of bringing it with me

Raven the front desk assistant was very helpful and thanks for her help and support with checking me in and out it’s been a pleasure will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The only down fall is getting 2 the hotel. U have 2 go thru a old truck stop driveway that's all messed up and u will loss ur front end. The entrance stay full of old nasty dirty water and the pavement is constantly sinking. The only thing n the area to eat is a Wendy's, a McDonald's that slow they so slow ur food will be cold by the time u leave. And there's a waffle house across the street also that stays full of Flys. The hotel itself has a passing grade with me. I would stay again if and when I'm n the area. The rooms are very nice and clean and smells great.

I was very pleased with staff ,service and also the interior of this hotel. I was not expecting this particular hotel to be so nice. And the staff is EXCELLENT! They’re nice showing that southern hospitality and helpful. I will definitely come back

The pictures on Google does this place no justice. The staff was very friendly upon my arrival. The room was better than I expected. I got the King suite..I love everything about it. It has two televisions in case you have kids and don’t want to watch what they are watching. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good as well

We stay at this particular Best Western maybe twice a year. This time it was just awesome!! Room so luxurious!!! I am sure we will be returning the staff was out of this world! Great stay all around.

I called to book a couple rooms for the night before my daughter's wedding. They were strugglng with a new software system since the last storm, but absolutely jumped through hoops to try to accommodate me--including offering to call me on Duo and give me a tour of the room to see if it met my needs. In the end, I don't think they have what we need, BUT if I can't get a larger room somewhere else, I'll make the extra phone call to book Best Western in Laplace just because of the stellar help I received!!

Just amazing room, just remodeling. Friendly staff special the lady of the breakfast room. I hope the keep up that way .clean

Overall Great Stay!

My wife and I have stayed at this particular motel many times and we are always happy with our stay. The Front Desk is very friendly and very professional. The Maid Service is outstanding and the Breakfast Service is great. The rooms are always spotless and maintained extremely well, the grounds are kept clean and the overall appearance is outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be in the New Orleans area for any period of time.

My parents and I stayed at Best Western and we were treated very well. I had a single room and they had a couple's room and it was a very relaxing experience. It's November so the pool was super cold, but it looked very clean. The maids did a great job cleaning the room after our first night and it smelled good. Very pleased with our stay.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! It was clean and the staff was very friendly. They had breakfast for the guest every morning. And the hotel attended that was at the front desk at the time of check in was absolutely amazing. And he had made this juice for the guest that was absolutely AMAZING and he was so kind to make me and my friends our own batch for our room during our stay. Because of the excellent service we will definitely stay here again and be sure to tell anyone that’s traveling to the Louisiana area about this hotel.! I give it 10 stars!!!!

Best Hotel I've ever stayed at. Rooms are extremely Clean and comfortable. Food is great and the staff are wonderful. From the cleaning crew to the folks at the front desk, So friendly professional and extremely helpful and accommodating. Feels like home away from home!! Thanks for making our stay AWESOME!!

My husband and I were greeted with smiles and a welcome from the lady and gentleman at the front desk. Our check in and out was quick and done professionally.
We enjoyed the friendly staff Crystal, Monica and Paul. We needed directions and they were a big help on making sure we knew which direction to go. The breakfast was well served and delicious and the beds were comfortable. I recommend this motel if you want some southern hospitality.

Clean and well maintained with super staff. Near I-10 for convenient access, but set back from the road so the rooms are quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was particularly nice, well above what you usually find at hotels in this price range. Overall, a good place to stay and a great value!
