So I really needed a new phone after my phone was outdated and I broke the screen. I was waited on by Evan and not only was she really friendly but she really listened to what I needed and seemed to know exactly the perfect product for me. She was great at helping and explaining what I needed to know and was able to get me in and out quickly and easily. I really hope her supervisors know what an asset to the company they have

I have had a great experience so far. Evan made the whole process easy. I'm so excited about getting the Internet. Hopefully it will work where I live. I usually leave most phone stores disappointed or upset. Evan made both of my visits stress free. She is good at multitasking too.

VERY HELPFUL...

Went in to get a cell phone problem taken care of, and already had it worked out with the company. When I spoke to the girl behind the desk, she said the problem was that my phone was old. I think the staff here might be more interested in selling you something than actually just fixing the issue. After she called the company at my insistence, the phone was fixed by tech support and a sim. This review should not reflect on US Cellular, which in my experience has been a stellar service provider.

Young salespeople that are only interested in selling things
Very little inventory, expect to wait
Accessories overpriced, no oem support
Dismissive Staff
