Ordered 100 hour service and winterization supplies on 10/5. Shipped on 10/6, arrived at my door 10/9. Order was 100% accurate. Great service.

The 100-hr kit and plugs I ordered were packed extremely well and the fedex ground rate was reasonable. Before placing my order I had sent them a text message asking a few questions and they responded within two-hours. Received an email with tracking# when the parts shipped and a follow up email from them the day the parts were delivered. Smooth process and great prices - thank you.

Customer service is great, items ship faster than expected. I’ve only ordered items 3 times from Sim Yamaha and it’s been the same every time, prompt service.
There’s 3 Yamaha dealers in my area and every time I need something they have to order it. Most of the time they don’t want to give me the time of day. They all ask who I purchased the motor from…..I know where they’re headed with that. Not worth the hassle.

This operation is all about customer service. Over the years I have spoken with Andy and he is always on point and very helpful with what I have needed. This last order I placed I talked with a young lady that was super helpful and took her time to go through a list to make sure I had every part I needed. Shipping was fast and priced reasonable.

SIM Yamaha really rose far above my expectations and found the part I was having some difficulty finding. Sarah really went above and beyond in helping me find the part and ensuring all the information on the order was correct so there would be no issues in shipping. After I placed my order I had a confirmation email within a half hour and tracking number came shortly after that.
I had the part in my hand in about 24 hours.

Terrific Yamaha parts dealer! They have lots of helpful boat and engine repair tips on their website. Employees are friendly and responsive. The parts I ordered arrived quickly and were packaged very well to prevent any possible shipping damage. They were able to ship some parts my local dealer said were unavailable.

Love this place, the customer service is fantastic. They have everything you need, and if they don't have it in stock they get it quick. I live in New Hampshire and no one else can get me Yamaha parts as fast as SIM does.

UPDATE: We ordered a second engine for our PDQ 36, to be shipped to Puerto Rico. SIM used FedEx this time, and it arrived as scheduled. Thank you!

Great service, friendly people

I purchased a prop and accidentally ordered the wrong size. I called immediately and spoke to customer service to exchange it. The lady on the phone told me it would be easier to return it and then order the correct size she told me there would be a 10% restocking fee. I received a email 33 days later advising me a refund was applied back to my card -20% when I questioned this I was told it was because I didn’t order another one, I wasn’t given the opportunity to reorder. I will not give these folks another chance. Beware

I’ve been going back and forth on a return since April. Returned the item shortly after receiving. And due to a family emergency on their end, the company has failed to refund me. Not to mention they can’t find the package that was confirmed delivered thru FedEx. Buy at your own risk and if you return an item request a signature. Lesson learned!

Sim has be a reliable parts source for me over the years. Not quite sure what is going in with them currently. I ended up canceling my order that they were unable to ship in a timely manner. 8 days later they are unable to provide a ship date and wanted to charge for expedited shipping. Basic maintenance parts were in-stock locally and picked up today on a National Holliday of all days.

The review by Jacob (below) is both accurate and totally appropriate. While they may have been reliable in the distant past, SIM Yamaha has since become a hot and unreliable "mess", period! They routinely advertise products on their website as "in-stock", and then after you purchase it and they've charged your credit card, days and days will go by without a word. Then, a call placed to them will go unanswered for even more days-on-end. So you try texting them, and you finally learn not only that they haven't shipped it yet, but that they don't currently have the product (as they had clearly claimed), nor do they even have reasonable access to it! Nope! No thank you, SIM! You'd have to be one desperate, braindead 'chump' to rely on these inept clowns.

Ordered parts and they immediately charged my card. Two days later, no shipping information and no tracking number. Unacceptable in this day and age. Canceled my order. Or rather emailed a cancelation since NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!

Orders parts on 7/11 and took 4 days for them to even process the order. Turned out they didn’t even have them in stock and were unable to order. Tried calling for 3 days and never got anyone on the phone.

I’ve been calling this company for the past 3 weeks and multiple times within the day during different hours. I can’t get anyone to pick up the phone. I’m just trying to place an order!
