I’m a tech contractor for Amazon. This hotel is literally walking distance from the job site for me.

Yolunda is very nice and welcoming. She was accommodating in helping me move into my room. This hotel doesn’t have carts so if you have a lot of things it can be challenging.

In regard to the room, I’ve used this chain on and off for a couple years traveling for work. These hotels are hit and miss.

The room could use a little love and touch ups. Considering this is an extended stay and has a kitchen. I’ve seen 1 bug which is actually not bad.

Age, location, the climate, management play key roles in hotels pest control. Wherever you have people, food, trash, you’ll have bugs. How well it’s managed is another thing. That’s just the nature of it.
This hotel does a good job with it.

For the price, location, and conditions, this hotel is a good value.

I've been here about a month and a half to 2 months and I'm leaving tomorrow. If I wasn't moving I would be here indefinitely. I have never met a more friendly staff than the people here. They are helpful and understanding. I work overnights and when I tell you they kept the noise down so I could sleep. If I ever need a room I know where I'm coming. They have become like family since I been here. Shout out to Yolanda KB Janelle Mrs D the maintenance man and all the staff you are amazing. I recommend this establishment whether it's overnight or staying for awhile. My room was nice and clean. A nice refrigerator and a place to cook with a sink. Me and my 7 yr old were comfortable here.

I literally have no complaints...Ms Yolanda and Debra are always courteous and helpful. My room is clean and i love that there isn't a lot of noise in the building.

The location is perfect right off 270 on Lindbergh. The rooms are great for the price. The staff members are all so friendly. If you ever need cheering up stop at the front desk and chat with Yolunda. She’s the best.

I've been here for a few months and when I tell you the front desk ladies and gentleman makes your stay here very pleasant. If I had a problem with something in my room, I would go to the front desk and let them know and the maintenance man would take care of it either immediately or the same day. One day I had a personal problem from work Yolunda and Debra went out of there way to help me solve the problem. I want to say thank you and I wish you all the best.

Miss yolanda And the entire staff have been amazing Always pleasant and in good spirit location is great right off. Bus line if you are without transportation. most definitely would Recommend.

The property is quiet and clean. The front desk staff Ms Yolanda and Debra are very kind and always eager to help. KP has even learned my name which adds a personal touch.

I have stayed here several occasions and the staff is professional and the building is well maintained and clean, the rooms are very comfortable, support animal friendly .

Yolonda,Debra,Kb and the owner are always understanding, every morning they are always polite and say good morning to everybody even if they don’t say it back and the overnight staff always reset my room keys when I need it reset.

From Management,counter,housekeeping this staff really makes you feel at home no matter your situation, weather travel,transitioning,or extended stay! I really enjoy my stay all the staff is very pleasant and professional at this location I will come back again all the front desk workers are amazing and they always make sure to fix or correct any mistakes or misunderstanding we been here for a while but it’s been a great stay everytime ms yalonda Deborah

I am a frequent customer to this business. I recommend others to stay here. All of the staff are professional and efficient. The building over all is clean and comfortable .

Hometowne suites is nice to be at. The workers don't bother you and they leave you in peace. The best thing I like is that, pricing stays the same every week.

The staff here, KB, Londa, and Shae espcually all have been so nice. Our house burned down in a fire and theyre hospitality, professionalism and great energy has made our stay here feel like home

this a great place in a quiet area it’s a great location because of my job and where i work the rooms are neat and clean and the staff are great the hotel manager JB looks out for everyone safety and well being and has been helping since i been there ms debra and yolanda are always friendly and helpful as well i will always look to book here first
