Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Louis St. Charles

This is by far the best hotel in town and definitely my go-to place to stay when I'm in town. The staff are all very helpful, pleasant to talk to, and good at their respective jobs. They have all the amenities one could ask for; free breakfast with a create your own omelette bar, drinks bar for those that would l like an adult refreshment later in the day, gym, pool, computer room, outdoor patio seating, conference rooms, bag carts to take your luggage to your room, snack/food/drink store, etc. 10-10 would always recommend.

Had a great stay and plan on staying again. Check-in was quick and easy. Had a very small issue with the room which front desk Andria and Geneva responded to quickly. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Highly recommend getting a Pure Room.

Breakfast was great. Having french toast was unexpected.
Pool was nice and clean. The shower was a nice bonus. We loved the hot tub.

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was big and clean and comfortable. We appreciated the free snacks and drinks at the evening reception. The bartender/supervisor was great too. When you stay here, do not skip the breakfast! So many choices- from the made to order eggs to the very large buffet, not to mention the variety of fruit, yogurt and cereals. We would definitely stay here again.

Embassy @ St. Charles/ St. Louis most certainly lives up to the Hilton standard. After a horrible experience recently at Embassy in Parsippany, NJ, this hotel reaffirmed my belief that Embassy is THE PLACE to stay on business trips. This location is attached to a convention center, so there is alot of free parking. The outside of the hotel is well kept and clean. The common areas inside the hotel and my room were very clean and room service attended to my room daily. I met Joy while having breakfast on the last day of my stay and she certainly is one of the most personable and genuine hotel associates I've ever had the pleasure of meeting (I've lost count of the number of hotels I've stayed at over the years). Demetrius at the front desk was very helpful at checkout and held onto a bag of my stuff because I was checking out on a Friday and flying back 2 days later on that Sunday, which happens to be today. I dont remember the name of the other two front desk associates that helped me, but the lady at check-in who referred to me as friend was extremely welcoming and the guy with the bunny tattoos was super friendly and helpful as he took great care of me twice (once when I was lost and couldn't find the check-in desk as I entered on the lower level and then again when my room card wasn't working). I am looking forward to another great stay at this Embassy!

This hotel was very nice. The room was in great condition. The bathroom/shower were very clean. The free breakfast bar in the lobby was top notch. It had pancakes/waffles, fruits, cereals, a toast and bagel hutch and to top it all off, a free omelet bar. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

1st time here. We came for a birthday weekend in the middle of January and it wasn’t too busy. Tons of parking available. They do shut down the pool for cleaning everyday. The pool area was crowded and not much seating available. Breakfast is buffet style besides the omelet area. Rooms were spacious especially for us five. There is a little coffee shop on the inside. The window inside our room froze from the weather being negative outside.

Brought my kids here with their friends for a birthday stay and had so much fun. Swam in the pool, they loved the water fountain in the lobby. Beautiful place and very clean. They even checked on us by text to make sure we had everything we needed.

I was happily and warmly greeted upon an early arrival by Randy, who was more than willing to help me. He was kind and courteous, as well as quick to pull up my reservation. He ensured my room was ready and was able to answer any and all questions. It has been a wonderful experience and it’s only the first night. Thanks!

I really enjoy this hotel. We have stayed at several hotels in the area for soccer, dance and fun! This one is tops.

Great lobby, lots of seating and space. Breakfast had good options. Pool was in a nice spot.

Looking forward to my next stay.

It was wonderful. From the front door to the to room to the pool and hot tub to the cocktail hour to breakfast everything was done with excellence. Seeing people cleaning the building throughout the day just to make it shine was wonderful to see. The pool area was spotless even as it was being used. The cocktail hour was refreshing and delicious to enjoy after an amazing day. It was continued to be filled as everyone was enjoying it as to not run out. The breakfast was served hot and quick with two omelet cooks preparing everyone’s food delicious and quick. Everything was done with intention and execution was with excellence.

Great Environment! Completely accommodating, comfortable and enjoyable. Staff was so warm, helpful and friendly. We felt very honored to be here. Very upscale and clean as well as kid friendly and relaxed. When we come back to the St. Louis metro area, we’re staying here again, and again. Really did feel like a piece of home while we were there. Great Great stay!

Very clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is also good and clean. I like the atrium style on rooms are around it. The breakfast and service were good. I have visited many times on this hotel and it has allways been nice to be here. The location is excellent near old St. Charles historic distric. Under 1 mile (walking distance) there is shops, bars and reastaurants.

Best up scale breakfast ever! Made to order omelets. Large selection of breakfast items. Allow plenty of time for a china plate meal. Breakfast is busy!

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean. (Even behind the faucets!) Beautiful lounge/dining area. Close to downtown. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes. Even a movie theater.

Great stay at with hotel. But pool say open until 12 midnight but it closed at 10. Demetrius and La Guan give great service and information about the area

Hilton convinced me to only stay at their hotels from how on. It's not cheap but it is an experience I'm willing to pay for. I will be staying here hopefully every year if I can swing it. This hotel is amazing.

This was certainly one of best experiences I have ever had. This hotel is essential and important part of my journey. I felt like I was home and was closer to the love of my life. A miracle happened to me here. Luen Miranda.

Johnny checked us in and he was awesome! Our rooms weren't ready but he knew we had an event to get to and held our bags and chose rooms together and held them for us. The rooms are bigger than I expected for a room with double beds. The breakfast buffet was good with different options on different days. They also make omelets to order. The food at the conference center was equally as good. We were well taken care of here.

Very nice/clean property.
Originally reserved a room at a different Hilton property which overbooked and was not able to accommodate our stay.
The staff at Embassy Suites were completely empathetic and accodomodating to the situation.
The staff at the hotel was very polite and professional.
The rooms are very clean, modern and well kept.
Highly recommend this location over other nearby hotels.

Stayed here for business trip. Very good made to order egg station for breakfast. Staff was friendly and very helpful when I was having issues checking in.
