Fantastic customer service, I was in shopping for an odd size photo album. The person helping us walked us around pointing out all the options on hand!

What a wonderful store and staff! It is like a family atmosphere there! I love shopping at Jan's! The selection is great and Tyler, the owner/manager, is the best! When I made a lot of purchases before Christmas he carried them out to my car for me! He even helped us find a lost kitty cat behind his store! Now, that is a caring person! The kitty is now reunited with her family and, most importantly, the 6-year-old child who was missing her desperately! Where do you find service like that nowadays?!?

This store setup is great and the manager Tyler is AWESOME!! He always greets you with a smile when you enter, helps you find what you need, finds what you are looking for even if he has to get it from one of their other stores and THANKS you when you leave! I have only been there a few times, and everytime I'm there he addresses me by name. I can't say that I have ever had that happen in any other Hallmark store even the one that was at that location before , and believe me I purchased a lot from that store. Make this your favorite Hallmark store in the St. Charles area and you won't regret it.

this is always been a wonderful store to shop in. Sadly they are going out of business. It's a real shame that homework doesn't do more to support their stores. Never see commercials on any of the Hallmark channel's. Never see the Hallmark special movies on any of the major networks either. When you care enough to send the very best seems to be a slogan that will die. they have opened up to the cheap to Walgreens dollar stores at cetera and abandoned their Hallmark stores that they were built on
