Dr. Is very hard to understand for the elderly adults

First of all this is an issue just trying to see the doctor. Our first appointment was Sept 25th with the NP. This visit went well and appreciate test ordered and completed. Next visit was scheduled for Nov 29th at 1:15. We arrived at one but was told the doctor was behind and still had to see 2 patients then would be taking lunch before seeing us. So we rescheduled for Dec 20 th at 1045. We arrived at 1030 to make sure there would be no delay on our part. An hour later after the lobby had emptied twice we decided to leave. The receptionist offered to reschedule once again. We declined. Certainly don't feel like our time nor care were their priority. I've been in healthcare for 37 yrs and realize things happen but thos was a little much. Very dissatisfied with the service we received.
