I called the day it snowed. He was very kind and understanding. I was surprised with the weather conditions just how quickly he had arrived.

Literally...its the best the region has to offer! They went over and above... I lost my fob at 2am on the weekend and these guys got me back on the road ASAP. Service was very personable, guys were quick about their work, everything was on point. They made what was a horrible situation, not so bad at all. I definitely recommend these guys.

Steve and his son Brandon were excellent and had an awesome experience. Lost my keys to my Econoline Ford Van and they were quick to promise me they could provide a key!! After having it towed the next morning he called and had a working key!!! Awesome and fast service. Dont go elsewhere you will be disappointed

I called a few days ago to inquire about a lock change service for my garage door. Wayne contacted me to follow up and see if I still wanted the services completed. I informed him that I did. He made arrangements to squeeze me in for a same day service within a 2 hour time frame. When he arrived he was explained to me how the new lock would function and then he installed it. Installation was completed very quickly and then he demonstrated the lock's functionality. He was very professional and friendly while performing the services. Based on this experience I would highly recommend Lock Unlimited to anyone needing lock smith services. They are prompt, professional, and reliable. I will also utilize their services again if needed.

Wayne was awesome! Quick service and reasonable prices. Was way cheaper to get a new key copied than I expect, and he was so nice and understanding when I didn’t realize it was cash only. Will definitely recommend to friend and family!

I contacted Locks Unlimited yesterday afternoon & they were able to offer next day service! Wayne did a great job changing the locks on my house. He was very nice, informative, and got the job done quickly! I highly recommend this locksmith company and I will definitely be using them in the future.

I called after I forgot our house keys inside our apartment and told them I had locked out my fiancé and I and our 9 month old son and the technician had shown up so fast it was literally maybe 5 min and when I got there I realized I had no cash with me or any other way to pay him so I apologized for wasting his time but he was very nice and understanding about it and even checked in with me to make sure I was able to get in, which i was. It was so incredibly nice and thoughtful and if I ever happen to lock myself out again, I will be calling him!

I could not have been happier with Wayne! I was so excited about my new house and wanted to the the locks and hardware changed. Wayne was fantastic about working with my schedule! He got the locks all keyed and quickly changed out and I am so happy! I will absolutely call him any time I need locksmith services!

My ignition key stopped working. Locks Unlimited not only discovered and fixed my problem quickly, it was really affordable. And Wayne even had time to pick me up at work (from across town) and brought me back to the shop to pick up my car.

My wife and I were stranded on the PA turnpike after I accidentally flushed my car keys down the toilet... Locks Unlimited were the first people we called that were able to assist. Even being over an hour away, they made the trip and worked with us every step of the way to get new keys made for my car, even going so far as to get the keys overnighted and pick us up from our motel to take us back to the car the next morning. Service was quick and communication was constant. We constantly were in good hands through this absurd ordeal. Shout out to Wayne who did all the legwork and travel!

Wife locked keys in van while shopping. Called them, they responded quickly and had the car open in a couple of minutes and were very nice about it. Hope not to need them again, but if I ever do need a locksmith again, I'll definitely start here.

I needed my front door lock re-keyed on a Saturday and could not wait as I was robbed. They came right away ! The first locksmith I called said no way until Monday. I returned from Florida for Christmas to Hagerstown Airport, only to find that I had left my car keys in Florida. I called AAA, who put me in touch with Wayne at Locks Unlimited. Within an hour, I had a set of duplicate keys and was on the road to our next holiday destination, as if nothing had happened. Without their professional and prompt service and reasonable pricing, I would have had to have had my car towed back to my home in northern Virginia to get the valet keys, adding 2-3 hours on to what was already going to be a 6+ hour trip to our next holiday destination. What a life saver!

I lost my apartment key when we back home from outside. Call him to unlock my apartment door. Came after 30 min waiting as he promised. And unlock the door after 10 min. Thank you very much.

Wayne!! What a stand up guy!! I was in a jam where I had lost my keys and was not able to recover them. I called him right away, he answered , I told him the predicament I was in and he went above and beyond on such short notice. Very friendly and reliable!! He will be on my speed dial!!
