Derek Barker: Allstate Insurance

I've had Darek Barker Allstate a few yrs now. April works to keep my car insurance and renters insurance straight. Their reaonable rates and professional service is awesome. Always on top of issue's for me and easy to get along with. I recommend them and their awesome service 100%. Thank you Derek and April for all you do!

Update to my last 5 star review. Things are not that good with AllState. Their online tools are not good, they are not real responsive and that’s with rates going up.
Not real happy currently.

Now not only do I have great insurance, but a great
company with great representation. The first insurance company I’ve had that my monthly bill went down after year one, and year two. No accidents and they don’t raise your rates. Unlike The last one, Safeco, they raised my rates every year, even though we were accident free.
Derrick Barker, is a great rep and he’s got a great team in the office, with April answering the phone, and she very informative and will do whatever she needs to to make sure you’re taken care of, for whatever you’re calling about. Love it!
