My experience was wonderful, being that I had to get 2 teeth extracted!😳 I was terrified but the dentist was wonderful and it was tough on her (it didn’t want to come out lol) but she had me to where I felt no pain she kept asking if I was ok and explained every step before she did anything they have set up a complete plan for me to get issues addressed and have my smile hopefully back to where I want it but I do 100% recommend them they are quick to get you an appt. The entire staff is friendly and patient with all your questions! Keep up the good work team! 😊🤩

Every time I go to Madison Dental all of the staff members goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. The office and waiting rooms are newly updated and super clean. The girls at the front desk are friendly and always gives me a warm welcome.
Melanie is the hygienist that works/cleans my teeth there and she is AMAZING….. nobody cleans teeth better than her!!!
Grateful to have found a wonderful dentist office to go to!

Amazing experience. I came in as a new patient and everyone was so friendly and made me feel so welcomed. I originally just came for a cleaning but I ended up leaving with a plan to straighten my teeth with aligners which should be here in a few weeks. I’m so excited to start this journey.. never thought I’d be able to afford it but they made it so easy to apply and had great payment options. Not to mention they send you home with free teeth whitening where as everywhere else charges 100+. So glad I found them!

Dr. Furstenberg and her staff were amazing to me! I needed an emergency extraction; she got me in quick, price was more than fair and I had little to no pain after my extraction. As someone who hates going to the dentist, I felt comfortable here. Side note: I also drove 2 hours just to see Dr. Furstenberg, if that gives any indication on how awesome she and her staff are!

Dr. Melchor is so understanding, a great listener, kind, caring, very thorough, gentle and so nice. The whole team and staff are so very nice. I thought that I had injured a perfect root canal that Dr. Lewis performed 33 years ago. After not being the dentist in 12 years, the staff and team were happy to take me that day. I got a thorough exam out of the tooth and surrounding area. I am so happy that Dr. Melchors exam and x-rays found nothing wrong. I am very delighted to now have "peace of mind" and can stop worrying.

Friendly staff. Nice to have electronic appointment reminders and pre check in. Have always done a great job cleaning and caring for my dental needs.

The staff and dentist are so nice! We came here after our kids kept telling us they didn’t like our current dentist. Best decision we made. I have high anxiety about the dentist and my hygienist , Logan, was so understanding and patient and explained everything to me. She helped to make the whole experience better. I would suggest them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Great overall first-time experience with Madison Dental and our interactions with the office staff, Hygienist Melanie and Dentist Dr. Melchert - made the whole family feel welcome and comfortable in a professional and clean environment.

Always take me on time, have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Staff is friendly and courteous. Every procedure is thoroughly explained and all questions answered. Met the new associate dentist at this last appointment and feel very pleased with competence and professionalism of not only the two dentists but of all the staff.

What a great experience! Incredibly friendly and professional staff in an office that combines the latest technology with good old fashioned patient satisfaction. Work flow is very efficient, but you don't feel rushed at all. Highly recommend this practice for specialized procedures as well as general cleanings and routine hygiene. You won't be disappointed!

Brittany did a great job cleaning my teeth and my son's teeth. The ladies at the front are nice and always helpful. The dentist is very good and patience with questions. We choose you because you the best!

Dr. Lewis has some big shoes to fill- he will definitely be missed. However, Dr. Moore was very personable and the exam went great- I couldn’t ask for anything better. My hygienist, Brittany, was great too. She was nice and very understanding (I had to get X-rays- something I do NOT like) and did a thorough job cleaning my teeth. So far, I’m glad I stayed to give him a chance!

Dr Moore had some big shoes to fill and has a done a fabulous job. His staff is all great, friendly and professional and he always does a great, FAST job and truly cares about his patients. The are making improvements to the building and have added additional rooms and it is looking great. now to get some tv's on the ceiling! LOL

Staff is friendly and helpful. The new dentist seems to be caring and willing to fulfil your dentistry needs. He seemed to be honest and provided suggestions for your future visits. He did a great job but has big shoes to fill replacing Dr. Lewis. Welcome to Madison!

and the Dr. was amazing! it's been a while since I've had a stress free dentist visit, I am so glad I've decided to move my care to this practice!

I called Madison Dental on a spur of the moment. They didn't have any openings at the particular time, BUT, They did call me back within 30 minutes & stated there was a cancelation. Could I come in, I immediately went in,and so glad I did. (Dentist is not 1 of my favorite places). I had a bad tooth, and Dr.Brown done an absolutely amazing job. Kim, my dental hygienist, was SUPER!!!
