Rivers Edge Resort LLC

Riversedgeresortwi used to be Wolf River Resort, which was a yearly outing growing up. I have so many beautiful memories there! I posted a picture of myself holding a pike I caught back in 1972.

After trying a lot of different places in the area this one the best place on the river! My family and I have been coming here for many years and we love it! Usually booking all the cabins for the whole family. Jason and Gayla are the best hosts, they make sure we have everything we need and ever since they became the owners this place has only been getting better. You can tell they put their all into making this place comfortable, homey and enjoyable for everyone. Everyone from the adults to the kids enjoy fishing on the pier and of the pontoons, playing games in the cabins and hangout around the fire. It has now become a tradition to come here with all our family and friends every year sometimes even more than once. We are looking forward for our next visit and can’t wait to come back!

After years of staying at other resorts we don't have to look any further than rivers edge. Jason and Gayla are the best hosts. The cabins are always clean and the new remodeled cabins are very roomy and look very nice, the brand new pier is also fantastic. We come here every year with our family and it is always exciting! We can not wait to come back!

We have been going to this resort for over 5 years and every year our experience has gotten better. We have seen vast improvements; from the remodeling of the two front cabins to the brand new sea wall. We have made friends there, the owners are so nice and accommodating and always available if you have an issue. This past week, it felt like we had summer, fall and spring weather and even an area wide power outage. During this power outage, we asked the owners for extra blankets and they came out of their way to supply us with what we needed at the time. This resort is in the perfect location for those with small kids since there is a playground across the street. Large dock area for fishing and boats! Fire ring by dock to over look the river while staying warm and the best sunsets in Fremont looking over river and lake.
Looking forward to many seasons at this resort.

Rivers edge resort is a beautiful place to stay the owners are very kind and always willing to help either over the phone or if needed are willing to come to the resort and help at the drop of a hat. Also the fishing was absolutely amazing I would come out every night relax and catch catfish. I got to have good conversation with the owners and they are very nice down to earth people they treated me like family. I am definitely coming back and will recommend Rivers edge resort to anyone wanting to come to the area.

Beautiful Cabins, comfy and cozy! The nicest resort in town! Some of the cabins are newly updated & they are stunningly beautiful! Tucked away in the heart of America where the fish are always biting and where the river is always a blast!!! Come on down to the prettiest location of all of Fremont.

We really loved it. We will be coming back. Good fishing at night and really good view of the wolf and lake.

Relaxing and peaceful. Went for a quick getaway with my husband and was very pleasantly suprised. The cabin was clean and comfortable with everything you would need. The location was walkable to the 3 restaurants nearby and the public boat launch (and the public beach but that was closed).
We sadly discovered that the wolf river was a little too strong for our little 9.9 motor but still had a great time fishing from the dock. Caught all sorts of fish (including a PB smallmouth!)
All in all it was a great time, Gayla was really easy to comminicate with and was quick to respond if we had questions. Will definitely come back here!

Awesome place for relaxing, fishing, spending time with family. Been coming to this place for over 10 years most of the time for fishing. You can fish from the peer or you rent a pontoon for very good price. White bass, catfish, walleye, northern pike... you can catch from the peer. Fish clean station on the site by the river. This place becomes 5 Stars since they start remodeling de cabins. The rooms are clean and everything it is inside. Owners are the best.

Great location on the river, The new owners are really making the resort and cabins perfect for a weekend or week long getaway . Within a 10 min walk from downtown Fremont . I recommend stopping at the Buss stop or Bridge bar as everyone was very friendly. Thanks again for a great vacation

Gail was wonderful. So accommodating and nice. The cabins were good for what you pay for. We stayed in Muskie and Sturgeon. Would return.
