Don't 2nd guess this place! The atmosphere is a whole vibe.....cute, chic, low music. For appetizers we had fried green tomatoes, hummus, and mushroom Flatbread.
No pics but our entree were southern Cuban and lil one burger.

Great food and even better service! Jacob gave us the full menu tour and did not disappoint. We started with the fried green tomatoes and sour of the day, which was chili. Perfect for a crisp fall day. Followed by shrimp mexi Cali salad and the southern Cuban. He had also recommended the chicken salad, so we grab a pound of that togo. Everything was delicious! Make sure and book a reservation though, since they are always packed.

Wowza! This is SO good. Lovely setting, elegant and comfortable. So many healthy options, such excellent fresh, flavorful, super portions, good prices for what you get. Tomato basil soup was delicious, fresh, good sized bowl! The fried green tomatoes w goat cheese, bacon, tomato sauce? Whut?! So good. Our salads, shrimp, smoked chicken and fried chicken was incredible. These are some of the nicest salads I’ve ever had! Such a highlight of our trip to a lovely island. Lots of places to choose from but this one needs to be on your short list. Jane is also a family run, strong women and pride in tradition! Way to go gals! (Jane is not only the great grandmothers name but is the first letter of the next 3 generations of daughters. So cool!)

We ordered fried green tomatoes appetizers, which were the best we'd ever had. I had the butcher sandwich, which was fresh and savory, and my wife had the chicken salad platter, which she thoroughly enjoyed. The service was prompt and friendly, and the furnishings were clean and comfortable.

Found this place in a short-handed hunt for lunch and absolutely loved it! We were able to be seated outside on a beautiful sunny day and enjoyed every minute of our time here. You could tell the sandwiches we had were made with fresh ingredients and careful attention. The sweet tea was as beautiful as it was refreshing. Our server, Kelsey, had a positive attitude and heightened our experience.

I had such a great experience here- they really pay attention to the little details. The salad was SO delicious! And lots of veggie choices. Our table made a lot of edits, and they got them all correct. The bathroom was clean and nice smelling/had a nice burning candle. They had Wikistix which were super fun for the kids while they waited. My only negative comment would be that the kids meals were priced the same as adults… but they were generous portions/adult sized. Would happily go back every day for lunch!

This was my favorite meal during our visit to HHI. I could eat the garlic shrimp appetizer every day of my life! It is so delicious, hearty, and cheesy. The perfect beach comfort food! The presentation was gorgeous with the floral garnishes. Also had the mahi and it was delicious. The ambiance is very classy and relaxed. Loved the modern coastal vibe. Highly recommend.

The Fish and Chips were really tasty. Shoestring fries were warm and crispy, and the fish had a thicker batter than expected for beer batter...but I really enjoyed it! Unfortunately it's only available during their lunch menu.

The "smashburger" isn't really a smash burger IMO, but just a regular burger.

In a shopping plaza with a variety of dining options, this is a bit more upscale, but not overly so. Covered outdoor seating and indoor seating available. Everything was very clean and professional. The staff were all very pleasant and took pride in keeping the place tidy.

My family and I came here for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the service and food. I had the Salmon BLAT and coconut cake as my dessert. Both were absolutely delicious! Our waiter Evgenii was excellent and very helpful. I 100% recommend you dining here!

Skylar was our server and she was awesome. She was friendly and efficient bringing our order out quickly and correctly. We started with fried green tomatoes and mozzarella. My wife had Mexi Cali salad and I had the meatloaf. They were both delicious. Unfortunately, no room for dessert. We saw a huge piece of cake go by and we both decided we were full. Maybe next time because they looked so good. We have been to Jane's a few times when we are here and they do not disappoint. Good cocktails too. Check them out.

Jane Bistro is outstanding! We stopped for lunch and got seated in about ten minutes. The service was attentive and very friendly. My group had the salmon blat, rueben, southern salad and chicken sandwich and everything was excellent. Food comes out in a good amount of time and was all nice and hot. The interior has a very nice and bright appearance. Even the bathrooms look nice. There's a large outdoor eating area as well. We will definitely stop back here again.

This is a well kept secret On Hilton head Island. Food is very fresh, Healthy and they give you a large portions.You Must make sure you get the coconut cake. It is amazing. Skyler is the best server on the island. We sat outside and she was very attentive even though our walk was long. I would definitely recommend this restaurant

Cute place, great cocktails and food. We had the chicken and biscuits and the flautas that were more the size of chimichangas! Portions were huge. Cocktails were good, the Pink lemonade was refreshing and husband enjoyed the Salinger Sling. Service a little slow, but they're training new people, so to be expected. Recommend a reservation for Sunday brunch as it was really busy.

Today was just cocktails but LOVE LOVE the salads. Music. Spot on, atmosphere amazing, drinks and bar area, stellar, service, 2nd to none and food is fantastic

Wow. Just wow. The food here is wildly delicious, and left me speechless. I’ve never had fresher food from a restaurant. It was all so flavorful, well balanced, and artfully presented. Spoil yourself and stop in for a meal!

I just wanna lead off with I've never thought I'd like a white woman's cooking so much. Jokes aside, everything was good with the meal, from the cocktails to appetizers to main dishes. We got the flatbread and thai chicken wings which were so freaking good for no reason. We even got another order of the wings to go because we knew we would crave it later! The meatloaf was super impressive, coming from a guy who doesn't ever eat meatloaf. I saw the table next to me receive one and it was so good lookin that I had to get it too. The tuscan chicken pasta and southern salad were also enjoyed at our table very very much. Cannot go wrong. What was really notable was the medium-medium well cook on the meatloaf and the fact that it wasn't too greasy so it was actually managable to finish.
The only thing that could've gone better was that service was hard to flag down when we needed some things for the table. Our waiter passed by us a bunch of times without pausing to check on us so it was kinda awkward. He was still polite when we were able to get a hold of him. Other than that the experience was great. Hands down best restaurant on this island.

Huge portions! Food was good and the service was great. Started with the Birria tacos which were delicious! Also had the burger & fries and mexi cali salad which was massive! So much food. Ended with Coconut cake, cheesecake, and the lemon cake. Everything was great!

This was our first trip to Janes and we are so glad we found this little gem of a restaurant. We shared fried green tomatoes appetizer and between the three of us we had shrimp and grits, the meatloaf and mushroom Flatbread. Everything was so delicious and the presentation was awesome.
Also, I highly recommend asking for our waiter from John from Ukraine. He was so attentive and helpful throughout our visit

We wound up here because the line at the French Bakery was really long. Ohmygosh, what a great surprise! The Thai shrimp salad was amazing. Large portions, friendly staff, delicious food… definitely a great find!
