Pho Van Restaurant

Very clean place w/ delicious food! We ordered the crepe (which has a lovely coconut flavor), Pho Tai (large to share), grilled pork over steamed rice, and a banh mi sandwich. Everything was so good! We just came back from a camping trip at Assateague Island and will definitely consider stopping by here in the future if we come to the area for camping again!

Delicious!! Egg rolls were money! I had the rare steak pho. Soooo good! The old speaker/boom box collection was pretty cool too.

We just visited for the first time the other day and it was DELICIOUS! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the food was amazing! Lots of options for both meat eaters and vegetarians and vegans. The waitress was even kind enough to bring vegan dipping sauce for me since I ordered tofu. The portions were generous and beautifully presented! We will definitely be visiting again!

Great value. Excellent pho! Also superb fresh spring rolls. Those two dishes with a lovely porcelain pot of jasmine tea make for a perfect lunch or dinner for me. Professional and eager-to-please wait staff and manager.
Everything is fresh and delicious... Like the soups,the crepes, the stir fried dishes, etc. They prepare the iced Vietnam war coffee right at your table!

This is the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever eaten! With over 160 options it was hard to pick but I have a feeling you can’t go wrong with any choice you make here. I ordered the Pho with well done steak plus the Relax Blue Passion Fruit juice, and my husband ordered the vermicelli with lemongrass fried chicken plus the Black Sugar Boba Milk Tea. The servings were huge for the price and the food came out piping hot with truly amazing flavor. If we were staying in Easton longer, we would’ve came back a second time for the banh mi — locals raved about it! Thank you Pho Van for delicious food and great service.

This is what Pho is all about. The Pho Ga (chicken) was exceptional. Their broth was outstanding. I've had a ton of Pho...this is what you want. When we opened the broth, it was hot, fresh and you could smell all of the spices.

The grilled shrimp fried rice was great. Perfectly cooked shrimp with a brush of light (Vietnamese) barbecue.

The grilled pork vermicelli was such a huge serving, we didn't finish it. The pork was perfectly cooked and seasoned to make you come back to it.

Hats off to the chef. This was authentic and tasty. Well prepared and delicious.

My 9 year old son prefers Pho Van over Burger Bing because it's "fancy and peaceful" and I think I agree! I absolutely LOVE everything I've ever eaten there. The food is absolutely incredible, every single time!

We were able to get a table immediately and ordered pho with rare beef and chicken wings. Both were delicious. The waiter was very attentive and chatted with us about our kids and with them. We'll stop in again if we're in the area.

Lovely restaurant for a good meal and attentive service. Large selection to for all tastes. Rice is perfectly cooked, chicken was tender and flavorful. Phô was a generous portion filled with meat and noodles. Particularly comforting on a cold winter even. The service is friendly and attentive. Everything was clean and well maintained.

I ordered spicey Chili Beef and Onions on White Noodles, shrimp and pork fried rice, and fresh spring rolls, the kind wrapped in rice paper and full of cool green as well as cooked shrimp and pork. Served with a peanut ginger sauce. The rice was phenomenal, full of veg, egg, and meat. Perfectly cooked, too!
My Spicey Chili with Beef on rice noodles was spot on! I ordered it less Spicey til I get a feel for the level of skovilles served here.
While I was waiting at a table for my to go order, only 10 minutes, one of the waiters brought me ice water with lemon, without me asking!!
I can’t wait to bring friends and family here to dine in with that sort of kind and proper service!

I had a close family friend rave about this place. So we had to stop by after a trip home from OC. Stopped by with a large party and the food here was awesome. As authentic as it can get out in this area. We ordered everything from the spring rolls, Pho dac biet, jack fruit smoothies, grilled pork with broken rice, and the crispy egg rolls. Everything was flavored and seasoned well. The summer and egg rolls were a must order. The Pho broth itself was packed with plenty of juicy tender cut meats. Some of us sipped the bowl down to the last drop. One of our friends had food allergies and is gluten free. Glad they had options for her.

Overall we all really enjoyed our meals. The food portions and price were reasonable. Service here is great and everything was spotless. Highly recommend this place for some authentic Vietnamese food. Also a great pit stop if you encounter some traffic on the way home from the beach.

If you haven't given it a try, you're missing out. The food at Pho Van is fantastic, and you won't be disappointed! Heck, I make up reasons to go to Easton just so I can say "hey, as long as we're here, let's grab a bite to eat."

Certainly the best place in Easton to slurp down a hot noodle soup and they offer a wide variety of condiments at the table for it. Wish their Bahn mi had a little more meat 'cause it's really good, but for $9 you can't complain. I've been thinking about the BBQ Pork since we got it a few days ago (it's what prompted me to finally leave a review) and the spring rolls (both vegan and non-vegan) slap. I thought I'd miss the meat and shrimp but they put in some fried crunchy that I totally loved. You GOTTA get one of the Peach-Orange-Lemongrass teas when you go, they put so much of the aromatics in that makes me wish you could top it off. I like how open the dining room is, it's just clean and open and feels really relaxed and they have a big collection of sound equipment off to the side that's really cool to look at. Quick, polite, efficient service. We stopped in during their 5 year anniversary and they sent us away with free hats and I thought that was just the cutest! Every time I go I leave with enough food for another meal left over and I can't wait to come back! Definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Easton.

Very lovely place with kind staff! The food is amazing, and the decorations throughout the restaurant are really cool! I love coming here with my friends to just snack and chat.

I come to town to work and I checked this place out. Since I'm exploring plant based diet, I saw vegetarian options available. I really enjoyed my food. So fresh and delicious 😋

Pho Van family went out of their way to make sure moms and I could sit outside on a nice November day. Food was delicious, quality ingredients, great flavor. They have all kinds of choices from sandwiches, rolls for starters both hot and cold, hot noodles cold noodles. And the pho soup is just what you need if you’re feeling a bit under the weather, get the phovantastic cure for what ails you :)

This place was amazing! So many options and all the food had huge portions, which were beautifully cooked and flavorful. They had indoor and outdoor seating options which both had a great atmosphere especially for a strip mall spot!
