Triad Goodwill Store & Donation Center

Most well organized goodwill I've ever been to. The tags were all visible with the sizes printed in large letters on them. I found what I needed tried them on and left all in like thirty minutes or possibly less. Amazing.

Very clean, Iris is kind and keeps everything well organized.

Clean store, it could use more men's clothing. Woman's clothing is 75% of the store. Clean bathrooms/fitting rooms. Very nice customer service. Great little goodwill location

I had a wonderful experience today. I rarely shop at goodwill unless I'm looking for furniture and because I don't like trying on clothes. Last week I purchased 2 pair of jeans that didn't fit due to the covid weight I have gained within the last year. I returned the jeans today unaware of the return policy. However, Tonya (Store Manager) and Erica but she spells her name different was very kind. I really appreciate there kindness & courtesy. We need alot more of that in today's time. I could write a bad review, but I’m not going too… thank you for allowing me to come in at 7:50 PM, which is ten minutes before you close. I hope you guys have a merry Christmas…… and remember to have patience with your customers. Sometimes you have to refrain. Merry Christmas.

It's a nice store and it stays busy. It's kinda small so it gets a little hectic with alot of people.

Great store! Great staff! This store is beyond clean and organized! The environment is amazing with management and employees.

This is a great store great service and the nicest people if you want cool goodwills this is the place to go.
