Anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent, look no further than this gal right here. Jennifer was outstanding! We were lost, couldn't figure out where we wanted to even start looking. Went through multiple offers and just because of the market, we couldn't finalize anything. It was very discouraging on a personal level. However, Jennifer never quit. She kept telling us, "When it's meant to be, it will be!" She went above and beyond with sending houses, showing houses, and educating us throughout the entire process. Her encouragement kept us in the game and we finally have our own first home! This team of Realtors not only puts their best foot forward, they are extremely educational and respond immediately. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend!!!

Absolutely immoral real estate agent. Plays games with buyers and uses dirty tricks, as if buying/selling a house isn't difficult enough. Wouldn't trust this guy for a SECOND.

Response to Owner: It was not a matter of hours, it was a matter of 10 minutes. After making us wait 5 extra hours to even hear the counter/response, we finally get the counter accepting the offer we made with a few minor adjustments to details, and then TEN MINUTES later we receive a 2nd page to the contract which completely contradicts the original counter from seller. The seller's situation is not where our contention lies, it is in the manner it was communicated to us throughout the whole ordeal. There is a reason this property has been contingent 4 times now, and all have fallen through. Please do not contact me again, we have completed our interactions.
