Windsor Estates of St. Charles - Retirement Community

Windsor Estates Nursing & Rehab is a great facility. They are always making sure that their residents are their top priority, and always meet their needs. The facility is clean, and the staff is caring and competent. The staff is very informative and are always quick to get back to me with any questions or concerns. I love how the staff is close with the residents and are involved with the activities they do.

My stepfather fell, broke his neck and suffered a TBI. As a result of being in the hospital for two months, his dementia was exacerbated and he began believing he was at work (although he had retired nearly 20 years ago). Due to his new state of mind, my mother had to find a facility to care for him. We ended up taking him to Windsor Estates. The facility is clean, and the staff is caring and conscientious. We never worried about his escaping and getting lost; and more importantly, he was much happier here because he could tell that the staff truly cared about him. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. If you are searching for a facility for your loved one, please visit Windsor Estates of St. Charles. You will not be disappointed.

We had the absolute best experience at Windsor! The staff (Shane and Shelby) went above and beyond to provide the best care for my Grandmother. The entire staff is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I’m forever grateful for the care we received. Highly recommend!

I have found Windsor estates to be clean and the staff have the clients best interest at heart. They seem to be invested in providing wonderful care for the clients. I feel that communication is very important when providing care for our loved ones and my questions always get answered within a day. It’s so convenient to have the therapy program right on site too.

I had the pleasure of working with Tonya Baker at this facility and she was amazing. Very punctual and was able to get all of my needs met. She provided an amazing tour and was able to answer all questions I had about admitting my loved one.

I could not recommend a better place to rehab! Their physical therapist, Erin, was amazing at taking the time to explain what she was doing and walked you through every step of the process. Nic was wonderful, she took the time to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it and assisted with the discharge from the start. Amanda was phenomenal at helping sort out any issue that presented. Overall a great place to be!

It became apparent that our Mom needed to move from her home to a smaller place. We found Windsor Estates Independent Living. The facility is very well run, clean and caring, Every staff member we have interacted with is friendly, willing to help and seems to genuinely care about the residents. Moving. a loved one to assisted care of always hard. The folks at Windsor Estates make this a much easier decision.

Staff is nice and friendly. The residents appear well taken care of.
The facility seems clean. The dining room seems to offer good meals and good options if someone doesn't want the entree.

Such an amazing place to take your family member. Not only do they offer skilled nursing services but also assisted living, memory care and independent living. You can transition your family through the same community through their years, knowing they will be taken great care of by the Windsor Estates community! I couldn't have picked a better place for my family.

My mom and step dad moved into Windsor Manor, Assisted Living, July 2018. Since being there, their quality of life and health have both significantly improved. They were reluctant to move in, but I don't think I could get them to leave now. They both participate in activities and the staff has been very helpful to the entire family during the transition. Stephanie the head nurse has been a great resource for information and helped temendously to identify problems and soluntions for us.

Windsor Estates is amazing to work with. We care for many patients in the building. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Windsor Estates is constantly on the incline. There are new ideas being incorporated on a regular basis. The residents that live here are happy and the staff are energetic. I like it here.

This is the best nursing facility in St Charles. The staff are competent and efficient. Everyone is helpful and professional. The environment is always friendly when I go there.
