Comfort Suites St Charles-St Louis

I did a home away from home type of deal for my son’s birthday. First, I called in to upgrade the room and greeted with an awesome man. He hooked me up. 🤗 Arrived at the hotel with my family and was amazed at the hotel. It was kept up really well. The rooms were big. It was clean and they had breakfast for us. The usual waffles, cereals and fruits. Nothing too spectacular but was filling. The pool was great. Everything was clean. The front desk clerk was pleasant as well. I want to say his name was Anthony.

I had an unfortunate experience in a different hotel and made a quick decision to stay here. Very glad I did. Nice big clean room. Whirlpool in the bathroom--so relaxing after a long week driving a commercial box truck! The location was great, restaurant and Aldi across the street, and beautiful waterfront park a few minutes away. Very glad I made the switch.

My boyfriend and I came up to visit some family for the weekend. It was so simple to book a room here and they have great amenities for the price. The breakfast isn’t anything too amazing, but it tasted yummy and I loved the waffle maker. The pool wasn’t too crowded, but the water was a little too cold to be comfortable so we didn’t swim for long. Our room was clean, the view from the window was nice, the shower/tub was huge (the water pressure kind of sucks though), the WiFi worked great, the people working the front desk were all very nice and helpful, and the location is absolutely amazing for how cheap it is. It’s so close to everything you would need.

Pleasantly surprised by our stay over all. We were greeted every time we walked in the doors by the friendliest staff we've encountered in years. Overall the entire hotel, rooms included, was very clean. There is some wear and tear throughout the property but nothing that would prohibit a safe, clean, comfortable stay.

These reviews were mixed but I took my chances and booked and happy I did, parking was convenient, the guy at the desk the day of check in was nice and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool, clean hotel did not smell! Beds were comfortable rooms were clean and perfect. Price is great👍 we will be back! Staff was all nice.

We experienced a very friendly staff, with a hassle free check in, and a clean and updated room. We used them for an in town get away. The hotel was busy for a local conference, but nothing seemed rushed or hectic. We will definitely be using them again!

This particular Comfort Suites in St. Charles is the best one I've ever been to. It's one of the cheaper hotels in the area, but it is elite quality. I've stayed there multiple times. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean. The rooms have a couch with a fold out bed. The rooms also have a fridge and microwave. Breakfast is pretty standard and basic there. It is an amazing hotel for the price. I highly recommend.

We had a great stay here! The room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked very clean and well maintained. The location was a little tricky the first time around but after that it was easy. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here 1 night while in town for a soccer tournament in Oct 2023. The room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and quick to get up checked in. We arrived late at night and left the next day (mid morning). In the hustle I forgot my clothes that were hung in the closet. I called the next day to inquire about the items I left. They immediately said they had my items, bagged them and advised the manager would contact me to get them returned. The Mgr contacted me as promised, and he went the extra mile to get my items shipped to me. He sent me the tracking number and followed up to be sure the shipment was received. The manager's name was Matt Fritz. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and would totally want to stay there again, due to his service. He is a fantastic representation of your brand!

We had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff, found everything clean and organized, and enjoyed our well-stocked and gorgeous room.

The staff was awesome. The room was very clean. I liked that it didn't have carpet on the floor. We did not find any road signs on how to get to the motel. It took several tries before we were able to get to it.

Great hotel for the price. Obviously not a classic 5 star hotel like the Kevin McCallister charges to his dad's card, but given the context of what you expect for the price you pay, this hotel delivered. Service was solid, rooms clean and nice. Location is a little weird but very close to the downtown area and so convenient. The continental breakfast was also a very pleasant surprise and was excellent for the cost. Waffles, eggs, cereal, so on. One hiccup was we specifically found a hotel with a pool, but when we went to the pool in the morning they had closed it for work. Touched base with the counter and they gave us an eta on opening the pool and then bumped our checkout time back to accommodate us still being to get some swim time in for our kids in spite of them having taken the pool down for maintenance. Overall, great hotel for the price and will probably be our normal stay in that part of Missouri.

This hotel offered excellent customer service and was very clean and modern looking. The location was also good for exploring the Old Town area of St. Charles.

Staff was very nice and gave us information we needed on entertainment. Clean environment.

5-2 thru 5-3. We had 2 rooms, the family suite and a king, both were clean quiet and comfortable. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk, the night desk clerk and the morning clerk’s were also friendly and helpful, the breakfast employees were really on the ball anytime something ran low they replenished it. The food was fresh and hot. The pool area and pool were also clean. Thank you

Amazing king suite accommodations!! Very affordable. The entrance is rather tricky, so, heads up about that.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Comfort Suites. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. When I made my reservation for the wrong days, they were quick to change it. When we asked to checkout at noon, they said yes. All without any additional charges. We did mention that it smelled of smoke, but the front desk reported it accordingly so we wouldn’t get charged the cleaning fee. The room was nice for 4 people, especially with the little living room area. Breakfast tasted great and I appreciated the hours of it being open. We got everything we needed for only $100. Thank you Comfort Suites!

We were greeted by Felicia. She was so pleasant and helpful. Her amazing attitude set the stage for our stay. Our room and bed exceeded our expectations.

My family had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless and perfect for 5 people. I got stuck sleeping on the pull out bed with my daughter and I was shocked at how comfortable it was! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful, especially the lady working the breakfast Saturday morning! We have family in the area and will definitely stay again 😃
