So far a good experience with them! There were a few issues with Rently, the app KRCH uses to show their homes, but Rently resolved it with one phone call & gave me access to the home & refunded my Rently fee.

It took 4 business for my application to be processed, I've been approved and I'm in the process of securing the property (paying my deposit, setting up a walk through, utilities, etc). I change my rating if there are any issues. Move in will be complete by July 1, 2022.

Ida Washington helped me buy my first home, she was very knowledgeable about the whole process and very good at negotiating and getting you the best deal. She kept me informed on the progress of the purchase, anytime I needed anything she responded same day. I felt very comfortable and satisfied working with Ida, I would recommend her to everyone!

They made the process friendly and easy..they have been there to fix any issues that have come up very promptly..very pleased with the service Tony is a good maintenance employee 🤗

I really love the property that I moved to took awhile to get moved in but staff is really nice they made sure my home was up to standards I would recommend this company to anyone looking for their dream home

The company it self is okay so far, I haven't had any problems with the company yet minus few maintenance problems but over all I love the home, you would think this home was a big on the outside until walk in and see it

Went through no problem Lil slow on calling back applied 3/31 received keys on 4/7
