Flex Fitness

I went to check out the gym last night. Nicholas, the fitness instructor for the group class was friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone in the class was friendly as well. It was my first day and I didn't feel like the outsider or excluded in any way, which is great.

Everybody kept telling me that the work out we were doing was more intense that the typical classes, but I loved it. If every class pushes you as much as that one, I think this might be the place for me.

I spoke with someone on Facebook after I got back from the gym and they answered my questions pretty quickly. They said I was welcome to come for a full week before I had to sign up. I love that kind of hospitality.

The membership fee seems to be affordable, which is awesome since similar programs tend to be way too pricey for the average person.

So far, I would recommend this gym.

I absolutely love it here. The owners and staff are amazing people, with knowledge and experience to help you with your journey to health and fitness. The support from other members has also been a welcomed surprise, everyone is supportive and encouraging.

I would recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about getting into shape or even just starting out. I've been here for almost 5 months now and I can't imagine not coming here every week.

Both the trainers posses the expertise, passion and moreover the right attitude of highly knowledgeable and successful fitness coach. With channeled dedication and a business plan I don't see any reason why the gym and its flagship trainers won't make their mark in Tulsa fitness scene. Best wishes!

Out of all the gyms I have been a member of this one is the best. Clean, new equipment. Nicest most helpful staff I have ever seen. If you have any questions about fitness they are always more than willing to help out.

Love this place. Great people and staff, everyone is very helpful. They are supposed to be expanding in the future which will be awesome. The place is getting to popular for its own good!

There are free weights, treadmills, recumbent bike machines(don't like don't track if you are not constantly moving), rowers, weight machines, ropes, mirrors and a mat in select places, they also have tires and other non traditional stuff for exercises. I went for 12 months and it was okay. The employees are helpful. Yes occasionally there is loud music(people are supposed to be courteous with the music non offensive etc.), it can get rather hot and cold sometimes so bring a towel and lots of water you will sweat. There are contracts so be mindful of those they also direct deposit if you use check which they have overcharged me twice and didn't charge me the next month. I am a big girl have had some others look at me with snickers kind of sad that. I did enjoy going until the snickers. They don't have locker rooms, showers, aerobic classes which I really want so I am switching to somewhere else. Think they have personal trainers. Overall if it wasn't for the over charging twice and the bad looks I got liked going there. I gave three stars though for not having a working answering machine, being over charged twice in one year, and the no showers, locker room and classes. Which I remember asking about when I first started guess they where unable to get the place next door to do them was really hoping.
