Big Jake's Auto Sales

I’ve now purchased two vehicles through Jakes and everything has been great. The first being a Dodge Ram 2500 was a awesome truck had it for almost two years, and never had any problems. Then I traded it in for a 4Runner. There very helpful, have great prices and I would definitely recommend them !

But I wasn't here for just any car.
When I was 11, i went to the ford dealership in lees summit mo with my grandparents, we left in a brand new 1995 crown vic I didn't see the need to trade in their 85' crown vic which was spotless, but anyways
Two days later we were off on a road trip.
Grandma took care of her, and in 2007, gave it to my mother who drove it up until 2016 when she traded it in at the Chevy dealer in marshfield. Well it sat there and sat there till big jakes came and bought it...
Well long story short lol
My wife was googling car lots so could get a good second, and there it was. So we went down, found the place and there she was.
Signed, sealed delivered brought we home to stay. Grandma said she's happy it's stop in the family :)

I've accompanied a few friends to buy vehicles from Big Jake's, and I was highly impressed by every aspect of their buying experience. As an objective onlooker, they go out of their way to help in any way they can. Nice family ran local business!

We where from out of town and had a nail in our tire. Jakes auto was the only shop that would take time out to help us. I was near tears trying to find a place that would be able to help. Thank you so much for being outstanding.

One of the best car lots I have ever been too. My family has bought three cars from them and we love the place. Recommend it to everybody.

Went there on a Tuesday evening and I told them I wanted it but not able to get it tell Wednesday Evening and they said ok and they did not sell it underneath me.

I knew these people that own this car lot and they took me to the cleaners. They reduced the price as if they were giving me a great deal. Turns out this car lasted 6 months and everything fell apart. I would not recommend buying a bag of dirt from them. It’s a scam folks. Unless you like fruit and you want to buy a lemon from them. If you see their ghetto lot, keep driving. Thank you for listening. I don’t want this happening to you!!!

Had an appointment all set up, to see a car, and wasn't informed that the car had been sold that morning. We were 5 minutes away from our scheduled appointment, before we found out. This is somebody's house. They just happen to have some cars for sale. Steer clear of this place.

Says the hours are 9am-5pm so we drove over to the lot (30 miles). No one was available and the phone number went straight to voicemail.

Very unprofessional and not a dealership at all.
