Why they don’t answer the phone? It’s very hard contact them, the office is close you must need an appointment but there’s no way to contact them by phone!! I’ve been customer for over 10 years and probably it’s time to move on!!

Terrible. The first time i was trying to get an insurance with them they kept hanging up the the phone and took forever to answer and Ive been trying to get a quote for homeowners insurance since MARCH 22nd 2024 from Karen Baez Vazquez and i keep sending them texts and they never get back in contact with me. Do not recommend coming to this place, poor customer service.
