After Church staple!

I am not one for cafeterias like Krawlers and Walkers but I love Best Food Cafeteria.

Their prices are comparable to fast food and it's so good. I also love their chicken salad. I will come some and just get that to go. Lots of options to take home like the cakes and pies. Or have a piece after your meal. The chicken pot pie that's frozen is a family favorite.

They are very prompt to get you refills and clean your plates.

I really wish they would bring the salad bar back and I would eat here more. Hint hint!

The gift shop is a blessing to shop local. They carry the cutest home decor, collegiate fan items ( go pack), wreaths, clothes jewelry and Scout Bags.

My sister absolutely LOVES Bestfood. Always something different, the deserts are great too. LOVED the coconut pie, by far my favorite. Reasonably priced and something for everyone. They get you in and seated very quickly, perfect when you're crunched on time!

Absolutely loved this place. Everything we had was a 10/10 highly recommend if you are in the area. The chicken pie was fabulous, I loved the beef tips, they had great corn bread, the pound cake was great, and the lemon meringue pie was amazing. The staff was super friendly and the meal was affordable about $30 plus tip for 3 adults with 2 desserts. The coffee was also quite good.

Great dine in or take out. Our most recent trip was take out and quite delicious as always! Meatloaf and mashed potatoes with beans was tasty. Also chose baked chicken tenders, sesame chicken on rice. Two extra delicious sides are always the pasta salad and cole slaw. We got one of their whole apple pies to bring home too. Highly recommended!

The tea is addicting! They have the good ice! For 2 people (2 meats, 4veggies & 2 drinks) $22. The lady kept our teas topped off & grabbed a delicious whole lemon meringue pie ($10).

As always, the fried chicken, fried okra, lemonade, and chocolate chess pie was delicious. Wished I lived near this restaurant. I'd eat there at least twice a week. Maybe more,real home cooking. I actually bought home a sweet potato pie and a spaghetti bake. Everything they have is delicious.

This was our first time eating here and we were not disappointed. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Our waitress was amazing. There is a cute store to visit on your way in or out. We will be back.

BEST CHICKEN PIE I have ever put in my mouth. And love that you can buy the frozen pies and have on hand to cook at home. This place never disappoints!

Best chicken I have ever eaten. This is soooo good. Everything we have eaten there has been delicious. Very nice staff. I look forward to going back. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Friendly people first off everyone smiles. Down home great cooking. Chicken is the bomb. Everything was good. Will make a trip back.

First time here. Food was real good. I felt the chicken pie could have been seasoned a little more but I like a decent amount of pepper on mine. I just added at the table. Stuffed potatoes were delicious. Fried okra was good. I had a peanut butter pie slice, very rich, very good. My brother had the pecan pie and said it was very good. Tea was awesome. I regret not getting a to-go cup that was offered but I was stuffed. The portions were large. Our waitress was attentive and great at refilling our tea. For 2 pot pies, 2 veggies, 2 pies and 2 teas it was just under $26.
Only downside was it was a bit dark in there. It was almost 7 at night but some brighter light would be nice.
I would definitely stop there again! Gift shop was nice to walk around too.

First time visiting and it was absolutely amazing. Taste like some real home cooked food. That is hard to find now days

My first time here ,, atmosphere is like home, sit and relax ,, food prices is unbelievable, I was shocked how low it is,, my date had the chicken and veggies and I had veggies only , the bill was less than $20 so much food for the price,,

The best down home southern food cafeteria you'll ever eat at ! Reminds me of earing at grandma's house on Sunday after church! Yes the food is THAT GOOD !

Best food I've had in a long time and the prices were good also

Good food and extremely friendly people. We enjoyed the fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and green beans. We will definitely go again when we are in town!

Always enjoy eating there and always end up buying something in their gift sop area!

Great food and priced well; always a good mid-way stop from Raleigh to Asheboro.
