First United Bank - Tecumseh

Opened my first bank account here, walked in the bank smelled amazing, it has a nice lobby and Bri was very accommodating, nice and swift, it has a great environment and I didn't have any problem using there bank system so far, clean lobby too and no wait time.

I’ve used this bank for many years and the customer service has always been wonderful. Anytime that I’ve ever had any questions or issues, they’ve been more than helpful to answer my questions or concerns. I’ve always had great interactions with everyone except for the lady loan officer (not sure of her name), she was not friendly and very condescending.

Slowest bank ever. The commercial lane is the worst you will sit in line for at least 15 min then when you get to the window you have have to wait for another 15 min it's the worst. Waste of time.
