Such a sweet bookstore with a wide range of books. I loved the post it's on books with recommendations! Staff was very friendly and I lived the atmosphere!

Novel Bay is one of my favorite bookstores to browse! It has such a pleasant atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and is beautifully curated. There is something for every reader and I always leave excited to dig into my book choices.

One of my great joys in life is visiting small locally owned bookstores. Novel Bay has a great selection of books by Door Country residents and books about Door county. As well as more popular books. The owner is such a wonderful person. We enjoy talking to him every visit!

This bookstore is a treasure! My partner and I went there spontaneously while on vacation in the area and were struck by the range and diversity of books on the shelves -- it was really notable! We had a nice conversation with the owner, and he was knowledgeable and friendly. He conversed this way with the other people who came into the store, too, yet there was no feeling of pressure to buy a book (although, of course, we did). Yay for independent bookstores; Novel Bay Booksellers is one of the best!

Vacationing in Sturgeon Bay, we had the pleasure of visiting Novel Bay Booksellers. Wonderful store with an incredible collection of books in every category. Their children's section is fantastic and to any parent visiting Sturgeon Bay, we would highly recommend visiting with your children. Had a lovely conversation with the owner and especially enjoyed that she knows so much about different authors and books. Would certainly recommend stopping by Novel Bay Booksellers when visiting Sturgeon Bay. It is a slice of heaven for readers!

This is surely the best bookstore in all of Door County. How can I know that you say? Well, we are on vacation in Sister Bay and promised the kids we would buy them a book up here. We went to a few others (most of which are now closed), and those that were open were not as good.

This is not just a store with random books. It has its own character and personality with books for local travels, interests and special reads. The staff has excellent knowledge of what they havebar on your interest. Just ask. We will have to stop in when visiting Sturgeon Bay again.

What an incredibly charming bookstore worth the stop! We happened to be driving by and stopped in to this cozy and welcoming space! I found 3 books written by local authors for my 2 year old nephew. Thank you to the owners for being so helpful and kind! If you're in Sturgeon Bay, make sure you stop in to say hello and find your next read!!

Very pleasant surprise to find this here. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful. Being a book nerd, I tend to go into book stores as a blank slate. After a few questions, the owner had both me and my son walking out with some neat and exciting finds!

This bookstore is so adorable. My class had went on a retreat in the Sturgeon Bay area and we were so excited to stop by. Completely worth it, everybody was so sweet and the store is well loved🤎

We love visiting Novel Bay Books! The owners treat our children wonderfully and love helping us find books we love. I would highly recommend it to anyone if you want great service and conversation!

Special book store. Owners are very knowledgeable and always helpful..There are comfortable chairs to sit in so you can comfortably browse through a book you may be interested in. I am always looking for books to read second grade children I teach and have purchased some wonderful books here. This is a wonderful addition to Sturgeon Bay.
