I'm very impressed with Wendy. 5 stars! I reached out to her late in the afternoon, needing a homeowners insurance policy that same day. (My previous policy non-renewed). Wendy was able to get me coverage the same day! She ran several quotes and found a policy in my budget. She is VERY responsive to emails and calls. I will use her again.

This Geico location is the best in North Carolina! From the moment I stepped into the office, my Customer Service representative Akeia Evans was amazing! She was patient and considerate to all of the concerns and questions I came with. She also worked with me tirelessly to ensure that my insurance policy for my family and I was handled with care. She called the right people and made decisions regarding my policy (with my consent and approval) that was in my best interest. Absolutely amazed and impressed with the customer service provided to me today by Akeia Evans. I had been cut off twice on earlier calls and was completely distraught as it seemed my home insurance may have lapsed. Akeia jumped in when my agent was not available, when on hold she would keep checking back to let me know she was there, confirmed my insurance status, explained the situation, provided the required documents and verified all was in order. Absolutely fantastic customer service! Very personable, friendly, and caring staff! They truly offer the best service and prices in this area.

Every other company I spoke with gave me horrible prices and said they needed unnecessary information, however working with Geico has been amazing. It lifted a little weight off my shoulders. They got straight to the point and gave me an amazing price while also reassuring me about everything and working with what I have going on in my environment.
They really work wonders.

Great insurance company, great rates! I was very happy with Geico. I would like to remind everyone to shop around every time your term is getting ready to expire... I've switched to a competitor to save money. This happens every 6 months or so. The insurance company I'm with can't/won't match their competitor, so I switch and save money while keeping my same benefits/deductibles. It's sad to have to do this but it's the game they set up, so it's the game I have to play. I do highly recommend Geico, though; I'm sure I'll be back.

I’ve been a customer of Geico previously, so experiencing good customer service has always been a perk of the company. However, after speaking with Jonathan Staley, I don’t think I will ever choose another insurance provider. He was very polite, courteous, and patient with all my questions and concerns. After walking me through several different options, he helped understand which policy was the best for me. I’m so glad that I was able to speak with him and work together to get the perfect policy set up.

If you’re looking for quality customer service, with excellent response times, then Jessica Slagle in the Greensboro office is who you want to talk to. She was attentive to my needs and patient with my questions. Her ability to answer questions she knew and find correct answers to questions she didn’t makes her a valuable asset to GEICO in general and the Greensboro office specifically.

Bryce did an amazing job helping me and explaining my policy. He gave me important details and answered my many questions. I am very impressed with his customer service skills. One of the best experiences in all my years.
