I woke up this morning (Sunday) to no water in the house, so at 8:00 a.m. I called Clarence Stanley. It’s now 11:30 a.m. and I have a new well pump and water is restored......talk about a fast response! He arrived when he said he would, and quickly diagnosed and then promptly fixed the problem. He upgraded the pump (11 years old) to a new stainless steel unit, rewired it and reinforced it, none of which had been done properly before. Mr. Stanley is a very pleasant and professional business owner. I am thoroughly satisfied and would definitely use him again.

Clarence Stanley was completely professional and did a thoroughly fast and efficient job. My problem was assessed and repaired in the same day. There was no mess left behind. Clarence returned by phone call promptly when I called about not having water service at my home. Mark Stanley is the best!!!! Called middle of the night, my well pump had gone out.
Mark answered right away, said he would be out first thing in the morning. The next morning mark and his crew arrived just as he said,
first thing and on time!! Mark is extremely knowledgeable. He found the cause of the damaged pump was due to lightning.

Was a little nervous looking on-line for someone to work on our well. Clarence M. Stanley was in the area so we took a chance. The well and water supply was definitely not right, so we were not surprised to find that the pump and tank were in need of replacing. Owner performed the work himself and was very thorough and professional. He even fixed a minor problem with our bathroom faucet in just a few minutes. The price for replacement of the entire system seemed very reasonable, and we are seeing a huge improvement in water pressure. All parts come with 5-year warrantly. Would highly recommend this business for any well problems or plumbing needs.

Septic pump stopped working call Mr. Stanley on a Sunday he told us what to do & said he'll be out first thing Monday morning. Him & his helper was here first thing Monday morning , fixed pump and we're back in business. Great company, polite & always on time. Will recommend his service to anyone.

Mr. Stanley was professional, and prompt. Showed up earlier than expected, replaced our pressure tank and switch quickly, and had my house back up and running in no time. I have 9 people staying at my house and he made sure this issue didn’t ruin our holiday. I would totally use his service again!!

Mr. Stanley was so accommodating-- calling ahead to pinpoint his arrival time and indicating what kind of vehicle he'd be driving. He carefully and thoroughly inspected the problem, explained what was going on with my well pump and control panel, and expertly replaced them. Mark Stanley came to my house on a Sunday morning to fix my well (within 12 hours of my call). He was very professional and trustworthy. I will definitely call him again if I need any plumbing or well services.

Clarence has provided top-notch service and professionalism to the work he 's done for me and my family. He's knowledgeable, genuine, and thorough. Basically, i would sum up his qualities as "old school character" combined with knowledge of the old and new materials, equipment, and methods.

He installed a water softener(and re-routed the filter from the crawlspace - to my eternal glee) - and he was later able to clear a very stubborn blockage(my kids put something in the toilet?) in my bathroom.

Clarence is a second generation plumber and still carries the values of integrity and honest, hard work that seem to be harder to count on these days.

Called Clarence M Stanley, Mr Stanley answered the phone he was very courtesy came out showed us the problem with our well pump system. He was very prompt and very professional and very reasonable with the price to fix the problem. called other companies they was much higher priced than Mr Stanley. I would highly recommend his services and will call Clarence back and also my neighbor also knows of his service and thats who recommended me!!!

Amazing service! Quick work, very personable, reasonable prices. We got home from vacation to find a flooded crawl space and a busted main water line. With 3 little ones and numerous pets; we were in emergency mode!! He made a very stressful situation much easier to bare. Extremely happy with the whole experience. We called the company and they answered promptly and were able to answer questions we had. Mr. Stanley and his crew came out and replaced our water well pump system, was very professional, courteous and VERY REASONABLY PRICED for a weekend job! Our well water started to cut out when ever we used a lot of water. We called Clarence. He came out very quickly, found and sloved the problem very quickly, and explained everything very well. His rate was fair. We are happy with the work he did and the equipment that he replaced for us.

We needed to install a new line from our well to the house (over 200'). Clarence and his crew were prompt, professional and courteous. The job was well done, they did a great job cleaning up and repairing where the trench had been dug and our water supply is better than it has ever been.

We had an issue with our water pressure, and they came right out this afternoon and took care of things. Side note: for some reason the main phone number was out of order. They did not realize and it would ring and ring. I couldn't find another number so I left a bad review in the hoping that they would notice it. [Hopefully they were still in business since they were so great the first time they came.] They did notice the review very quickly and immediately provided an alternate way to reach them. Apparently they were getting poor service from one of our favorite phone companies and are working to take care of that problem. Anyway Mr. Stanley came right out as soon as I reached him on the alternate number provided. YES They stand behind their work!!!! Thank you!

When my husband called Mr Stanley we weren't sure if we had a well pump problem or a pressure problem. Mr Stanley showed up with everything he needed to get the job done.
