Blind Dog Restaurant & Raw Bar

Love this place! Our server, Christine from Romania was highly knowledgeable about the diverse menu and she was just delightful. Since we are fortunate to have excellent sushi back east, we did not know what to expect. Our two rolls were large and delicious and so were the cauliflower dish and pork dumplings. My husband had the banana foster and he enjoyed it. I finished my meal with the cucumber salad. We liked this place so much that we were quick to make another reservation during our stay in Park City.

Solid happy hour menu, great and attentive service, and a cool chill vibe is the best way to sum up this restaurant. Lots of fusion style sushi, sashimi, and a robust drink menu round out this restaurant.

It shares a parking lot that gets fairly busy. Seems like a cool hangout for lots for a good night with friends and family.

This is my favorite restaurant in Utah. Every dish we tried was exceptional: great flavors, high quality seafood, and freshly baked bread. Despite being fully booked, the hostess was able to get us in, and we received amazing service.

The service was fast and friendly. The burger was very good and the short rib was fantastic. Great menu with a large variety to please everyone. You could eat here several times and not eat the same thing twice.

I am giving 5 starts bc I can have dinner and take my dog with me. Our server was awesome, super cool. Food in general was very tasty just a couple of dishes I didn't like it. They have a huge selection of drinks and wines. Also the menu has a very nice variety and they have vegetarian, vegan ,GF and kids friendly items. You can sit inside and outside , mostly outside with your dog. They have a playground for kids.

We have ate here several times and love it! The specials have been really great and all of the sushi is really great as well. We usually get the funky roll and lollipop roll and they always hit the spot! Their bakes are really amazing as is the sourdough bread. The ambiance is really nice and it isn't overly loud. Highly recommend the blind dog as a great place for dinning in small groups, large groups or by yourself.

Still one of the best sushi places in Park City! Great environment, great staff and great food!

This is the place. A locals favorite. This restaurant is in Utah? There are many fine dining restaurants in Park City. This off main street establishment has ample parking. Blind Dog delivers on all levels of a beautiful atmosphere, excellent dining and service. If you’re reading this, you already know the seafood and sushi offerings are extensive. Add to your list of “must go” as a visitor or local.

Highly recommend this place if you're in Park City and want to take a break from bar food a night. My partner and I got two sushi rolls and oysters to start and we each got the dream loaf as our entrees. All were delicious and presented nicely. The service was impeccable. The server did a good job of timing and checked on as frequently, refilled water etc. While this is more of a splurge dinner, I still feel like the total price was totally worth it. We live in Dallas and a meal like this would have easily cost $50-$70 more there.

The variety of dishes was slightly confusing they are so varied! My son and I had sushi dishes. The flavor and presentation was spot on. On his the lollipop was the best! I really enjoyed my firecracker. My daughter was going for comfort food and got the Mac and Cheese. It did not disappoint! My husband had the meatloaf, he said it was good, but I've ruined them all for anyone else's meatloaf. It looked like the rest of our group enjoyed their dinners as well.
The desserts were wonderful! And the cocktails delightful!

We had dinner here on vacation to Park City. The restaurant is big and busy and you need reservations. Our server had been there a while and was good at ensuring the orders were fired properly from the different stations to arrive at similar times. My son LOVED the Kobe burger and said it was the best he had in a long time. I had a tuna roll and the Lollipop roll which was very good and unique. Would definitely recommend for a hearty meal while in Park City.

We ended up here after several other restaurants were closed for the season or the day. What a happy situation it was.

The atmosphere is fantastic, the wait staff is wonderful. The food is incredible - well worth the price. This was the best meal I'd had since I ate in Vegas two years ago at a high end steakhouse.

The menu can be overwhelming, but it is well worth it. After a few more visits this will be our go to recommendation and place, for sure.

Just ate the best meal here! Everything tasted perfectly seasoned and super fresh and delicious. I had a fantastic Ahi tuna tower and some perfect sushi rolls called sunshine…sooo amazing. Here’s some photos from tonight!

Our server was great and his suggestions were spot on! Sushi was wonderful. Restaurant is a little off the main strip and we needed to Uber vs walking which we didn’t originally realize but wasn’t an issue just plan for time. Really enjoyed and would recommend.

We really enjoyed our experience here. The food was really tasty and good quality. The cocktails were unique. My friend really liked the cucumber margarita. I liked that they denote GF and vegetarian and vegan on menu. I loved the coconut grits!

Delicious meal and gluten free/celiac safe! The sushi was excellent, everything was so fresh, with lots of great flavors. The tempura is gluten free and no cross contamination in the fryers

All the food and drinks we had at the Blind Dog were outstanding. Made a reservation online a month in advance for our ski vacation and was seated promptly. Mahi Mahi, Mac and Cheese, Edamame, Oysters, Sushi all delicious. Service was a little slow refilling water jug, getting drinks, and clearing plates. Highly recommend!

The food is terrific. Service was to notch. Atmosphere is adequate, but nothing special. Definitely worth a visit.

Loved Blind Dog. Wonderful service through and through, and super friendly and accommodating.

We came during happy hour and their specials are nuts. The octopus 🐙 is perfect. Very thinly sliced with equally thin lemon slices for the perfect flavor. We ate all sorts of sushi but the wild caught salmon in the smoked soy sauce was a huge hit.

Drinks were great too. Diverse cocktail menu with some creative options for all types of alcohol. Can't recommend this place enough. Easy to get to, fairly priced, and fantastic quality.

What a great place. So happy to see a restaurant group that actually puts food 1st. All you other restaurant groups should take lessons. We got the Redneck Capressie (5*) Brussel sprout side (5*) wonderloaf aka meat loaf (6*) really that good and the creamed spinach was to die for, crab cakes (4*) was good. All in all, the best money I have spent at a restaurant in a long time. We will be back...
