THE ABSOLUTE WORSE HOTEL!! The staff is horrible. Nina Patel is a terrible staff member. I booked a room for three days based off Priceline review of a good hotel. Got there and they didn't have the room (so why show available) and couldn't accommodate. I stayed one night of three nights I booked. Told them only staying the night cause I had my kids and now they won't answer the phone to refund my money. People hanging out all night, police called, folks yelling about shooting, guns and fighting. Nina P. won't refund my two days of money, she won't answer her phone to do so with Priceline who booked my room. The description is a COMPLETE LIE, from how the room looks, the outside, no breakfast, no safety. DO NOT STAY. DO NOT BOOK. If I could give negative stars I would. Also, DO NOT BOOK WITH PRICELINE. They won't contact the hotel to get the refund and claim when they do, no one answers. Yet when I call Nina P. answers Immediately. So it's the principal, my money but they want to keep it.

This place is disgusting. Rooms are dirty and smells like a dead body. The stairs are outside and smell like piss.

Highly would not recommend service is trash, bugs everywhere, people lounging around your door loud and disturbing, hotel still under heavy construction ABSOLUTELY NO PLACE FOR YOUR KIDS TO STAY this place is filthy I had to clean this whole room myself this place needs to be shutdown nasty bed linnen, showers, holes in ceiling etc. !!!
