Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston East

This hotel was great. The room was nice and had a comfy bed. They have a good selection for breakfast in the morning and all the employees were all very nice. I'll be choosing this one again if I'm back in the area

It is located in a nice area that's accessible to nice restaurants within a 15-20 mile radius. The room was big, clean, well stocked, and comfortable! The check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the customer service was exceptional.

The hotel has a good location, it is a clean hotel and it is very quiet where you can rest. Its employees are very attentive and friendly. the breakfast was good. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great hotel. Always enjoy the breakfast in this brand. My favorite is the egg white & veggies omelette. Air worked well & kept us cool. We were in ground level. Hot water got very, very, very hot in sink -- be careful with little kids washing hands. Beds were comfy and lots of extra space in room. Fridge worked great & freezer actually froze our ice packs from our drive. 😃 Microwave works well also. Loved our stay.

From the minute we walked in, we noticed how clean everything was. The front desk people were friendly and efficient. We stayed in a double king room. Spacious, comfy bed with lots of pillows to choose from. Bathroom was large, good water pressure. Breakfast was very good, pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelets. Sausage links & patties, muffins, cereal, biscuits & gravy, coffee, tea, hot chocolate & several juice choices. My only complaint would be they advertised in the lobby & their guestbook that they have a 24 hr whirlpool. But it was removed to put in an exercise room. But that's minor. Great place to stay. Our next trip to Houston, this will be our place to stay.

Very clean, friendly staff and has security patrolling parking lots. Slept like a baby knowing my truck was safe. Also the room was very clean, it's my second stay here.

This was my second stay at Holiday inn and I loved it! Rooms are always clean and their breakfast is great. Their customer service is outstanding. Their manager Michael was a complete sweet heart and helped me out with everything I needed. Highly recommend!

I have stayed here on many occasions I consider it the best Holiday inn Express in the Houston area. I am a regular, they always talk to me by name, the rooms always spotless and check in efficient and always clean rooms, safe parking. Always consistently spot on.

You had me sold at "2 King Beds" in a room!! It was good, surprised only a "2-Star" hotel, should be 3, the free breakfast was very nice and the staff amazing. The room was very clean and very comfortable, we ended up staying an extra night just to relax. If you are in it for the views, not so much, but a great place to stay, within walking distance are restaurants/bars and there is a movie theater. Certainly couldn't beat the price, I would definitely stay again if in the Houston area about 15 mins from downtown.

I really enjoyed our brief stay! It was clean! The room was spacious! The pool area was spotless!!! Convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff was professional. I would definitely come back!

What a great hotel! It’s clean, comfortable and quiet. Every staff member we came across was very friendly. We will definitely be staying there again when we come back to the Houston area.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, and, it's quiet here. We loved the pool as we went for a late night swim. The breakfast buffet is well worth getting up early for, too!

Receptionist and Manager were very welcoming and great customer service. If there were any problems they were quick to solve them. Great restaurants nearby. If you need to get any shopping done, plenty of shoppes right down the street. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Far best one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and modern. Located within walking distance of a movie theater and restaurants.
