ELITE WHEEL & TIRE

Drove 2hrs to have my wheels and tires mounted. The customer service was perfect! They got me in and out. My wheels had absolutely no marks or blemishes what so ever!! I will definitely be making the drive from now on for all my tire and wheel needs!!!

I went to Elite Wheel and Tire on a recommendation from a friend. I had a rim that was cracked on my 05 Mustang GT and needed repair. They took my rim on a Monday and it was ready by Thursday. The repair looked amazing, no sign that there was ever a crack and they even polished and cleaned up the rim. I highly recommend this establishment if you are in the market for new rims, or just a repair on an old one.

Pulled into the gas station next door because of a flat tire. The young woman, Gaby, working there came over and helped me get a new tire for my car immediately for a reasonable price and quick work! Absolutely an angel and made me feel extra comfortable while trying to get home. Really blessed to have the help.

Great service and definitely go above and beyond. Timely scheduling, always communicate, updates and recommendations. Only guys who can get my truck right and with honest work.

Passing through Houston we had a rear tire blow out, to our good fortune we were at the exit for Elite wheel and tire. RVs are not their usual customers, but they came to our rescue, located new tires, went and picked them up and had them installed in less than 2 hours! Gabby, I can not thank you and your crew enough for getting us back on the road. Thank you again!

Headed back home to Oklahoma after a cruise and got a flat tire just before the exit of Elite Wheel & Tire. We own a tire shop where we are from and have custom wheels so we are particular about other people working on our personal cars and trucks.
It could not have been more perfect timing to pull off the exit and this be the first place we came too.
Excellent customer service, fast and friendly. We are so grateful for you!

They went out of their way to correct the problems that needed to be addressed on wheels of mine from a previous company here in Houston. Not only did they go out a way to make sure it was done right they also stayed late to make sure I got my car for the Labor Day weekend. I really appreciate your time and effort on this and would recommend them for anything Juan his brother and family were great to work with. Excellent customer service skills. And the end product was excellent no flaws in their craftsmanship

And yes I’m coming back for some more work to black out the chrome on the car

We went to a couple of places before making it to Elite Wheel & Tire. I wish we would have came straight here. Their prices were unbeatable and great customer service. I was indecisive on the color and they gave me their opinion. I’m so glad they helped me out because I love the color we ended up with. They ordered my rims and were here in just a couple of days. They were able to schedule my appointment right away.

I’ve been driving by this shop for some time now on my way home from work and always wanted to stop in and check them out. Well I’m glad I did! I was in a bind before SEMA to find a shop that could mount my tires. I got a referral two days before I was suppose to leave. I showed up and they jumped right on them getting my tires mounted up.
It’s hard to find a shop to trust with any forged wheels let alone custom powder coated ones and they went above and beyond to make sure everything went well.
Once I got back from SEMA they mounted my new 15.50 wide tires on my dually wheels with no problems. Which is one of the hardest things to do. I was in and out quick, they made sure my wheels were clean, and just had a passion for wheels and tires. I will continue to take all my trucks there.

Great price for great service. Told them the problem, got a price and was out the door in no time. The best part is I didn't have to wait in some stuffy waiting area.

What a bunch of good guys. One of the cleanest tire shops I've been to. The service is excellent. Had a set a semi wheels balanced for my dually and they're absolutely perfect at 90 mile an hour. Help me choose the right set of tires for my needs on the dually on 22s.

We got a flat tire and pulled into Elite Wheel & Tire and they helped us right away! They were able to quickly patch up the tire for a small fee, and they were super nice! I highly recommend!

I had a nail in my tire today, I went to the dealer and a couple of the big name tire shops. They said they couldn’t fix my tire and that same tire is on back order. My car is new, less than 6 months old so I wanted my tires to match. A guy at Pep boys said try the tire shop on the other side of 45. You can’t miss it, it’s just before the gas station. I can tell you it’s Elite Wheel and Tire! Man, they have awesome customer service!! Juan was super friendly and I explained that I was looking for a tire. He was able to find my tire and was going to have it delivered within the hour, but he saved me a lot of money instead. He looked at the nail in my tire and said he could fix it! He canceled the tire delivery and I was fixed up and on the road in minutes! I definitely found my new tire shop!! Thank you guys!! 👏

With all honesty and respect this shop is the best . I called in a order for some pretty hard to find tires and they made it happen the same day within a matter of hours. Customer service friendly with a beast shop I actually felt as if I was at the Porsche dealership carpeted floors in the shop very pleasant waiting area along with fast prompt service . This is how it goes down in H-Town🤘🏾🤘🏾
