When I was younger, years ago I ate at Baytown seafood and only remembered not liking the food. Today I was really wanting some comfort food and gumbo sounded good. So looking at my Uber eats options, (can't stand uber eats) Baytown seafood popped up, so I decided to give it another try since it's been so long. I have to say the Gumbo was really good! I also ordered a fish and shrimp plate, also very pleased with this. My only complaint would be the dirty rice, it needs some seasoning. Well until next time, signing off..... Two Peas

This is truly a family restaurant. My son and I have been back several times in the past few weeks. It's a great little spot to take your family, where they treat you like family, and it's ran by a great family of employees. I honestly don't think I've had a bad meal and we've always had a great experience entertained by our amazing waitress Allison.
I suggest you try a little of everything. You never know what you will consider your new favorite dish.

In a world gone mad with post COVID-19 diminishing quality of service and shrinkflation, Baytown Seafood is a lighthouse guiding diners to a safe harbor of quality and value.
I had the three piece fish dinner, and it is everything it should be. The fish was fried perfectly, leaving it with a perfect balance of moisture and flakiness. The batter was delicious and the light crunch complimented moist and flakey fish. Three giant pieces of fish for $10 is a steal. The fact that they add a massive platter of fries and a generous side salad is welcome reprieve from today’s oppressive shrinkflation (increasing prices combined with shrinking servings/product). If you are in the area and find yourself lost on your search for quality fried fish at a price that won’t force you to eat ramen for the next three days, then come on in. Though, even the price of ramen is crazy these days.
But, don’t take my word for it.
Seek out the warm blue neon of Baytown Seafood, and find out for yourselves.
Your foodie soul will thank you for it.

The food is always feesh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and kind, and service is excellent with a family feel. If you want good food at an affordable price, this is your place.

Went the other day with a friend and we both had the Spicy Cajun flavor crawfish and we both loved it! The spice, seasoning and flavor were all on point. I will definitely be coming back.

I love their Seafood gumbo. Always on point. Just typing this is making me want to go pick up a bowl now lol.

Omg. Great place to eat.. Was kind of worried when I walked in but the food was Great an I mean Great.. I just need somemore fries.. lol.. I'm a foody so trust me... I will be back...

The restaurant is small and has a homey feel. The food is delicious and reasonably priced.

Food was good I ordered the 30 large shrimp with baked potato. Everything was good the waiter was nice.

I was completely overwhelmed by the amount of food. It was awesome. And the price is a bonus. Their mushrooms are amazing, yah gotta try them...

First time ever eating here and the staff was very courteous and professional. I ordered the cheese sticks for appetizer. And for my entree, fillets and shrimp with mixed veggies, fried okra. Everything tasted really good. Catfish fillets were fried just perfect and seasoned very well. Veggies...brocolli n carrots were fresh and steamed just right. I can definitely see myself coming back again.

I came here for Valentine's Day with my love and BB. The food was great, the atmosphere was like being welcomed home. Would strongly recommend.

I carried out my food today from Baytown Seafood restaurant on Woodforest Blvd. I was greeted warmly by the hostess at the restaurant and was helped by a very sweet lady who helped me carry-out my big order of delicious food from their restaurant to my car. I liked the quality and exceptional customer service, professionalism and warm hospitality all the workers showed me during my time at Baytown Seafood.

The waitresses gave me plenty of condiments, napkins, forks, and plates with the hot food I ordered to take home to my family; I am so thankful to the beautiful workers who helped me have a very pleasant and hospitable experience at Baytown Seafood.

To all the kind workers, thank you for your excellent service, Baytown Seafood family. My family and I enjoyed the food and the way you presented our food in the fancy aluminum carryout trays and the way you separated the delicious, hot, and seasoned fries from the hot and delicious jumbo shrimp in our order. We enjoyed the fresh salad you prepared as well.

Oh my gosh the food here is consistently delicious, the fish is always moist it’s always cooked to perfection and their burgers are so fantastically well seasoned. Sometimes it’s hard for me to choose between the fish or the burger ha ha because they both taste amazing but no matter which one I pick I’m always satisfied.

This is my 1st time here and I can say this place is delicious. I know people might judge it by it's looks but the food is great especially the grilled shrimp. The staff is very friendly and makes sure you're taken care of.
