Value Furniture-Mall

Me and my wife went by to the store they have in Pearland (we bought a bedroom set before with them), we were sent to this one to check some Flexsteel couches they only have in this location, in our way we stopped at Ashley, Hilton and Bell, didn't appreciate the pressure on all of those. What a refresh when we get to Value, we found lower prices, a more personal service from Havard the store manager and the most important thing we loved, no pressure to buy, at all!!! These guys are awesome. Thanks a lot!

The store didn't have what I was looking for so they brought out the catalogs for me to look through. They helped me Iook and I found what I wanted and ordered it for me right away. It only took several days to come in and when it was delivered I realized the legs on the loveseat where too high for me. The manager located 4 legs to match the loveseat that I could use. He had his crew bring them out to me and made sure they installed the legs and made sure they were the height I needed...all at no extra charge! I will do business with them again in the near future.

Purchased a king size bed 3 months ago. Great customer service, quality of the bed is amazing and financing wasn't outrageous. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a mattress and having it delivered the same day😊

After shopping around for months I purchased exactly what I was looking for at Value Furniture and under budget! Great, friendly and knowledgeable customer service by Nina (she definately knows her furniture sources!!!) and not pushy about buying. Will be back to purchase other furniture pieces soon.

Friendly and not pushy sales. The delivery drivers did exactly what they were supposed to do and were very careful with my items.

Havard was very helpful to me and my family. He worked with refunding some money to because i couldn't get out a contract with Ashley furniture. Also the furniture was very inexpensive and delivered the same day that I moved into my home. Also ordered more furniture the morning that I moved in and Havard also made sure that furniture was delivered at the same time. I would do business again with Havard and Value Furniture.
